BADMINTON is a simple game that is beneficial to the health
Although it is a legitimate sport but I don’t consider badminton a sport but just a game, a healthy game for everyone. It is easy to learn badminton and it is also easy to play. The needs of the game is cheap. You can buy the racket and the ball (called shuttlecock) in the department store and you need not spend much. Find a little space and off you go with the badminton even without the benefit of the net. Of course you need an opponent. Playing badminton for 10 minutes is equivalent to running or biking for half an hour. For those who need to lose weight you can play badminton any time of the day.


I think the last time I played badminton was at high school as part of our PE class but haven’t played it since. It’s not all that popular as a sport in my country so maybe that’s why - people tend to play tennis more.

I haven't really grown to liking badminton this is one game I was always forced to play in high school. I never came around to still love it but I was just playing it since it was one of the needed games for interhouse spoert.

I miss our PE days when we are forced to be athletic when we are really not. But, I really enjoyed those days.

I tried plahing badminton once on a tennis court. It was physically demanding I can tell you that. I can see how playing badminton can be beneficial to the player's health. Chasing after that ball to keep it from dropping will certainly keep your heart beating fast, and help you lose some weight.

It actually helps to burn our extra fats. Those who have diabetes and hypertension, they can play badminton to help their body burn their extra fats.

I think as long as you can move this is a good exercise. Also if you have friends then you can make use of the badminton and get to make some socializing time. I think that also helps out with the health and the mind. So it;s always a good thing that one can consider for the movement which is a good for health.

The last time I played the sport was years ago. But I agree, badminton is good for one's health as it promotes physical fitness, and also helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

Badminton is great for coordination and agility. Not only does it allow you to become more active but it also is very enjoyable. It can be medium for bonding with one's family.

Most games are really for our healthy living. Badminton is a nice gsme all the same that families can come together to play for great bonding. I just like the model of the game though.

Yes it is indeed very simple game that's why it's my go to sport when I was in High School during sports events and less. But I can't remember the last I played badminton, I was never a fan of sports anyway.

Badminton is an excellent activity to keep your self fit and active. I never knew playing badminton for 10 mins is equivalent to running or biking for a half hour, we have a badminton set at home and later, I would try and play it with my cousins. Being active and fit is always important for a good health.

Badminton is an outdoor activity that helps us to sweat and release bad toxins from our body. It keeps us to stay healthy and lose some when we do it every day since it required a lot of moving in the court.

Yes badminton is an easy sport but it'll be much better played in a court with a net. There are cheap rackets and shuttlecocks you can buy but buying a decent racket is much better. Even buying a shuttlecock that's made of feathers is much better than playing using a plastic one. Using decent equipment in sports will help one to play much better.

I agree! I have always loved badminton since I was a kid. In fact, I joined different competition to apply my skill and talent at badminton sports and to enjoy it as well. It can also be played even just outside your house as long as the area is spacious. It is also less dangerous to people whenever you accidentally hit them with the shuttlecock unlike other sports like volleyball which requires more force and the impact of the ball to human is massive and can be a a lot of pain to non-player of that sports tho I also like volleyball.

Badminton is my most favorite physical game. Aside from it is cheap to play, I used to love the game because of it's simple mechanics. The game is very easy to play yet after some minutes of continuous playing Badminton, I tend to get muscle pain in my arms. It only indicates that playing such game is worth it.

Badminton is a simple game that is beneficial to the health: I love to play a badminton. It is one of the ball games that i love to play with, but honestly, the last time i played badminton was after my graduation the time that i feel relax and free after a 4 years in focusing in studies, it was 5 years passed from now. By simply playing a badminton you can exercise already your whole body aside from enjoying the game.

Truly it is a fun and a good form of exercise. My and my brothers love playing badminton. We find it as a very tiring yet fun of exercising helping us to stretch our body. I agree that it helps us to lose weight as we do movements that could cause us to burn fats from our body.

To all the sports I tried, this is the best sport for me. I love badminton so much as well as pingpong. I remember before, we always play with my cousins almost everyday. It served as our exercise since I gained weight at that time so as an exercise we do it daily before. For now I have not tried it anymore as we don't have badminton. I still have to buy one but I don't have much time for this.

Yes, I've been playing Badminton since I was a kid and up until now I still enjoy playing it, it's for sure simple and I always have fun while playing it especially with my friends and them getting swap after I beat every single one of them.

I agree that Badminton does really help you body exercise really well and keeps you fit and strong. It is a good game to relax all your muscles and be fit. I have been playing Badminton since my early years and have never stopped it till date. There is a good indoor stadium near to the place where I stay so I make sure I go there every weekend and get myself involved with my other friends.

When you think about it, badminton is not really a simple game. With expert athletes playing, the game transforms from being simple to being very complex strategies and game play. That is why it is an established sport. But I would agree that this game could be simpler and be played by anyone just for fun. Even beginners could enjoy a match without really needing experiences. The game is light but it is good exercise.

Badminton is really a good sport and form of exercise. You really need to move every part of your body. I can still remember playing it in school. It is also fun to watch professionals play badminton but there is nothing compared to playing with friends and love ones.

Badminton sure is easy to play but it is really hard to be good at it. Though if your goal is just to exercise then badminton is a fun way of doing it. Not needing an elaborate setup to play it is a win, as well as the price tag. We always used to play it when I was younger and it was also a staple as a school activity and sport.

Badminton is one of my favorite games and I do play it regularly in order to remain fit. Playing Badminton at a professional level does require a lot of fitness and resources. However, playing Badminton with a friend is definitely a very exciting and great way to remain fit. If you are not playing it at a professional level, you certainly don't need a lot of money to enjoy this game.

There was a time when I used to play badminton with my mom as a child. I thought it was just a light game that we could play to spend some time together, but it turned out to be a real workout in the end.

Later on, when I went to High School, my school offered badminton classes as a form of P.E, and a lot of my peers signed up thinking that it was going to be a breeze. A lot of them were also surprised at just how hard of a workout this seemingly easy sport can be.

I love badminton and wish I could play it more often.
