Beach or Pool?

Since the weather is getting cold let's try and get warm by thinking of summer. When summer comes to mind water is always something you instantly think of. The question is, would you rather go swimming and relaxing at the beach or would you be splashing around in a pool?

I honestly love both but if I have to choose, I would choose Beach because it's more natural, the feeling I get when I'm in beach way more beautiful than being in pool, being in nature itself is a therapy, it alleviates stress and it makes me more grateful of life.

I am in agreement with your statement. The feeling of the beach is different from that of a pool.

I also both of them. I would choose pool because its more private, especially if you have a pool at home or are using a friends pool. A beach is fun but remember unless you can afford a private beach on some expensive island like Sir Richard Branson who has his own island than any beach would be open to the public. Nothing wrong with this offcourse, however if you value your privacy this is a bit inconvenient. Sometimes I'm shy to go to a public beach with only my swimming costume on.

Well i love to go on a beach for swimming and i simply love to spend my time at the beach.Going on the Beach and looking towards the sea and the waves is an amazing experience. You can also enjoy a swim in a swimming pool if you have one at your home. However the experience of swimming at the beach cant be compared with a swim in the pool.

Both options are really cool for relaxing and having a good time. But when it comes down to choosing, the beach wins for me. There are more options on a beach than in a pool. There is the sand, the sea and the sunset. Picture the walks on the sand while watching the sun set underneath the sea. :-)

I voted for the pool. The beach is gorgeous, and I love the sand. But for some reason, I just sit and think about what is in the water. I guess I have seen too many movies where things at the beach go wrong lol. I grew up in the pool, with swimming lessons starting at age 2. I swam every day when I was a kid in the summer, so the pool is definitely my pick.

I vote for pool because sea water for me is too salty. I have sensitive skin so sea water plus sun is a bad combination for me. I can enjoy pool for many hours unlike when I am in beaches- I can just stay for a few minutes or else, I'll have a severe sun burn.

I've now grown tired of both and don't really swim in either anymore just because I don't like the feeling of either sand or chlorine but if I had to choose I'd be more okay with swimming in a pool than a beach just because I hate sand that much more. Mostly I have grown to dislike pools because I know many other people swim in it too and I find that kind of off putting but if I had one to myself I may not mind it as much.

I loved playing on the sand and swimming on the beach. I always prefer beach because of its natural environment how the waves splash on your body.

Definitely, the beach environment is so relaxing I just like to while away time if I'm really in the mood to have fun. It can really be rewarding.

Although the pool is nice, I will vote for the beach and sand, because this gives more natural relaxing therapy. Also, the sand at the beach is enough to be a source of fun if I am not willing to get into the waters.

I love both for different reasons if the pool is just nearby and I feel very lazy then pool it is but if it about a fun day out I'm so going to the beach but I really do love the beach.

I like both but if i really need to choose between the specially when planning to have some bonding time, I will surely go with the beach, the feelings that you have in beach is different if you are in pool because in beach you can see everything no limitation, you can enjoy swimming with a thrill by the waves and the texture of the natural sound thatbtouches in our foot is also realxing too

Beach! I can't swim so I'm probably safer in a poll however beaches are so beautiful even more beautiful during sunsets, I love the sound of waves, I love the smell and the sound of waves crashing against the shore. I also want to live near a beach so I can experience it whenever I want to.

I have a mild thalassophobia, it is an unwarranted fear of the ocean. I stay away from the beach and the ocean as much as possible unless the whole family goes out to the beach, I would much rather use the pool. Pools to me are safer as you can make sure that there is nothing lurking underneath when you are swimming. I would probably go diving in the ocean if Patrick and Sandy would accompany me.

Pool is good, but if you dive down you can see the dregs of all loose skin and spit and toe scabs floating around at the bottom. If you get a dirty pool it's the worst, but a clean pool is sweet. Just came back from a holiday where I had a private pool and that was nicer than the beach.

Pools are safer for my kids. They are just starting to learn how to swim and I would not be comfortable with letting off to the beach. Maybe they are old enough, we could go to the beach again.

I prefer pool because you know how deep it is. Beach is much more risky. You don’t have any idea about its depth and the animals that are swimming around deep down there. Also, in beaches you’ll never know if there’s any coming danger, natural catastrophes and all. Pool is safer and I love the slides.

The beach, for me, is more adventurous. It can be filled with so many creatures. Say hello to fishes, startfishes, shells, crabs and the like. You can discover whatever. YOu can play with the sand and whatnot. However, in terms of swimming, I most prefer the swimming pool since the ocean is terrifying. The stones at the bottom scare the living hell out of me hahah. Swimming pools are hamless that way..
