Being Fat

Being Fat
Almost everybody dreads being fat nowadays because there is enough literature highlighting the negative aspects of being fat. Moreover, with slim models all around there is the general tendency that it is better to be thin, rather than fat. Indeed, being fat is no fun because there are disapproving glances of people, and discomfort in getting in and out of any transportation form, not to mention difficulties in finding suitable and properly fitting clothes at competitive prices. Needless to say, there are health related issues as well. People who are fat obviously have a problem when they try to exercise, and often they cannot walk quickly or run. They tend to get tired quickly, as their legs have to bear a considerable weight. Leg pains and back aches are common among fat people. They also perspire a lot. Fat people tend to suffer more from cardiovascular problems. Due to the fact that generally speaking obesity is a taboo, many fat people also find it difficult to find somebody willing to date them. We mentioned various problems related to obesity, but it is not all negative either. On the flip side, fat people are considered to be more friendly and they tend to look fresh and happy. They are also less likely to suffer with skeletal injuries or ailments such as rheumatoid arthritis. The probability of suffering from dementia and infections is also low. Though men might date slimmer women, when it comes to marrying, they generally prefer women who are slightly plump.

  • Less susceptible to certain health problems.

  • Being fat is a taboo. There are problems associated with mobility, as well as health problems.
  • May be difficult to find clothes that fit well.
  • Perspire more and are less energetic when exercising.

Fat is Funny

I'm not fat but let me tell you that fat people are the most hillarious ones. You'll never get bored around them and they always say the most stupidest things that somehow make sense. For example, Amy Schumer. She is fat, but not that fat but still fat, and she, she makes me laugh and I love her. Fat people are always positive to be around with, well most of them are, because they have the most nurtured mind and much healthier than an average person. They eat a lot yes, but I think the last person that will judge them by their appearance, is God. I'm talking about Lord Jesus Christ people. So if you are the most perfect person on earth then be my guess, judge all the way.

Being Thin

Being Thin
As a general rule of thumb people try to be thin so as to look fit and sexy. However being thin is not such a great idea either as there are problems associated with being too thin too. When one is excessively thin, there are a number of health problems too. Being thin may lead to fatigue and lack of energy. Thin people look somewhat emaciated and therefore, less attractive. Thin people can get crushed in crowds and tend to get hurt more easily. Such people are more susceptible to infections such as tuberculosis, and musculo-skeletal problems apart from fainting and breathing problems. Being too thin may lead to malnutrition, anorexia and similar serious health problems too. As long as one is not too thin though, there are some benefits. Thin people for instance can be more energetic and get tired less quickly when performing exercises. They will be able to climb, jump and perform other strenous exercises more easily and effectively than fat people. Moreover thin people can eat what they want without having to worry that they will put on weight. A perfectly healthy body is a myth as people do become slightly thinner or fatter before returning to their “not so thin not so fat” look and continue to swing between such forms. What constitutes a fat body also varies for different body types, height, races, age, etc. Therefore, many fat people who may be technically obese can pass off as healthy looking people. Some thin people may be on the verge of being anorexic and still qualify as thin. At the end of the day it is not about how fat or thin one is, but rather how healthy his or her weight is in relation to age, height and lifestyle.

  • Looks more sexy and slim, as well as being more fit.
  • Can find more clothes that suit them well.
  • Can exercise more easily.
  • Often are able to eat as much as they like.

  • Being too thin can lead to lack of energy and health problems.
  • Being skinny is not that attractive.

This is my body type

There's nothing wrong with being a bigger person or even being overweight necessarily (unless it's maybe causing undue health risks), but I'm naturally a skinnier person, and I like my body type just fine the way I am. Hence why I would prefer to be skinny, I suppose.
Posted by TheArticulate on 08-17-2017

Is there actually anybody in the world that would PREFER to be fat? I don't think so. Especially not now when the general trends are portraying everybody as thin.

I am thin myself and I've never really had any extreme weight issues. I love to take care of my body and try to eat/live healthily. I just think that it's necessary, not only for the good looks but for your own health and well being.

This, of course, doesn't mean that I have anything against bigger people. I accept them as they are. Body size and shape doesn't matter to me :)

Being Thin

I've always been thin. In fact, weight problems have never really been an issue in my family lineage. We're thin people (lol). I like being lean because I can mix that with eating healthy and going to the gym. It's an awesome combination in my opinion. My only advice to thin people is to gain a little muscle to balance out your frame. I've done that and am thoroughly happy with my body structure as a whole.

Thin but not too thin

I am thin but not too thin. I see the doctor regularly and am healthy. I eat right and exercise and stay in shape. I think I am attractive, I don't agree with you about skinny not being attractive.
Posted by BigDreamer on 08-17-2017

It depends on how thin, but for most people, being at a healthy BMI means they will look pretty thin. Although not all skinny people are healthy, it's possible to be healthy and thin but it's very unlikely that someone who eats healthy and works out regularly would end up fat. To me, it's more about how I feel than the aesthetics. Being at my current weight makes me feel more mobile and comfortable than when I was heavier.

Thin and healthy

Though being thin isn't necessarily being healthy, I prefer being thin and healthy. Usually being fat has more illness and one might develop more health issues as well, so I would prefer to stay thin and I think I look and feel better while being thin too. There was once I used to quite fat, and I felt a bit difficult breathing.
Posted by kaka135 on 12-14-2017

thin thin

I'm thin and very comfortable with my weghts, I feel good to be able to walk around when I want it and most of all I like to feel energetic in my body, I've seen fat people who breath heavy and always get problems when it comes to walk a long distance, thanks God I don't have all that and I'll always Choose to stay thin.

Being Thin

Being fat brings many disadvantages to our lives. Health, sex life, clothes, among other aspects are always compromised. I am currently quite aware of the importance of avoiding sedentary lifestyle and obesity. So I guess that answers my question. I sure as hell prefer to be thin and think leaner, healthier people.

Mistaken Identity

10 years ago, I weighed 60kg, I was overweight , I ate a lot of high calorie food, fast food and midnight snack.

When I had gallstones, I had to quit all my favorite food, changed my unhealthy diet and became thin in 6 months. From 60kg to 42kg, I had lost more than 15 kg in 6 months. Since then, I had maintained 45kg, looked thin and healthier.

My customers had mistaken my identity after I became thin. They looked at me and said "Where is Ms A?Are you her sister ?" I said "I am Ms A". They were shocked over the changes from a fat , chubby woman turned into a thinner person. I am happy with my thin figure now. Lots of jeans, blouse, undergarments I could wear and my teen is super jealous !

I think being healthy is the requirement. Many people are running away from this. But if you can focus more on being healthy. Then things can surely improve. I have had my set of doubts on being healthy. But this is the lifestyle that one needs to aim for. And that can surely work out in many ways.

Obesity is a leading cause of death. Obesity is associated with many complications and if the person does not take care of his health he will suffer. The government is continuously organizing sensitization campaigns over here to encourage people to look after their health. We must try our best to eat healthy foods and maintain a good weight. If you are thin it is less likely that you will have serious health problems. Unfortunately some people are obsessed to become super skinny and many have died from anorexia nervosa.
Posted by Pixie on 08-18-2017

Obesity is a foolish Choice

I don't see how this is even a competition. Being thin is factually better than being overweight. Obesity is a health scourge that costs the American taxpayer untold millions every year in hospital bills for metabolic and cardiac diseases no one who's not a millionaire can afford. Even without socialized health care coming into play, when these people inevitably default on their payments the government has to reimburse hospitals to keep the industry afloat.

And all of that is to say nothing of what it does to families who lose loved ones entirely too early because they would not put down the fork. We desperately need mental health services to help these people take control of their habits and lead healthier lives.

How About Being Healthy

The entire fat versus skinny debate and struggle has raged in this country forever. The media sells us this image of being thin and healthy while simultaneously advertising cheeseburgers, tacos, ice cream, and pizza. It has always seemed so hypocritical to me, honestly. That being said, we are all different sizes with different metabolic rates, and a lot of this has been inherited against our choice in our DNA. I say be healthy--it is ok to be a bit "bigger" as long as your blood pressure and heart rate are good. You could be skinny as a rail and still die of a heart attack if your health is poor.
Posted by JoeMilford on 08-18-2017

It is rather proven that thinner people are less prone to sicknesses as they are eating properly, which is adequate and not too much. It has been considered that being fat is considered to be unhealthy as the impression one gets is that a fat person is easily exhausted and has no exercises. Being thin is only fine when proper diet and exercise is maintained to, as well as for fat people.
Posted by giovanniiiii on 08-18-2017

Today many fat people are looking for ways to reduce their weight, simply because they are less attractive. The fact is that thin people are more attractive than fat ones. Being thin will make you more energize and less prone to disease. It's better to build body muscle than to gain nonsense fat. Fatness cause fatigue easily and you will be more prone to disease. I hate how fat people snore while sleeping, it's very disgusting!
Posted by Gettingmile on 08-20-2017

The best choice.

Not only because of the visual aspect (because that would be just trivial and superficial), but the main reason for being thin is the possibilities to stay healthier in a more practical way.

The chances of having some problems related to being overweight are practically minimal.

Posted by wiseagent on 08-17-2017

Being thin ofcourse. We know that being fat comes with a lot of difficulties. Health issues start to show when we get fat. I'm guilty with this, i am starting to gain weight, i'm not yet that fat but i already experience difficulties. Ofcourse one of them is being notice by the people who knows that i'm gaining weight. I also notice that I'm starting to get tired easily and i know if i continue gaining weight more health problem will accur. So yes i'm starting to control my diet now and exercise.
Posted by zheh on 08-18-2017

Being comfortable with yourself.

Whatever anyone says, being fat is unhealthy, there is no reason for a person to remain fat unless he is incapable of losing weight, which most people aren't, but they are too lazy to do something about themselves. Being skinny also isn't quite healthy, but it's better. Also getting in shape isn't that hard, you can always start out by small steps: either doing something for your diet, or doing your first sit up or big walk. Of course there are some very little benefits to being fat, maybe in martial arts, having a layer of fat can make your hits heavier and protect you a bit, but they are athletes who still train their bodies and develop their muscles despite of having some fat layer protecting them.
Posted by manmad on 08-18-2017

Of course thin but no too thin

I'm a thin person and I've always been thin. It's too much difficult for me to get fat because I have a very fast metabolism. Being a thin person has a lot of positive things: you can buy any type of clothes you want, you have more flexibility, you have more energy and it's too much easier to get fit because you don't have much body fat to burn.

Thin is the dream.. thin-age dream. haha. sry

I used to be really thin (about 41kg for 1m71), now i'm like almost overweight, thanks to medicine. But, just for the sake of seeing someone, seeing that same person in good health conditions and thin enough to look comfortable seeing him/her.. yeah.

Being Thin!

Body size doesn't matter, as long as we lead a happy life and we are enjoying our time there's nothing wrong with how much weight we had. Though being fat is somehow understand as being unhealthy, but it's not in all cases. There are really just people who had a big bodily structure. However, being fat or being thin is a choice, as long as you love yourself there's nothing wrong with how you look like.
Posted by DanoCath on 08-18-2017

Thin is healthy

Aside from aesthetic reasons, being thin is healthy. Our bodies were not designed to sustain too much of us. That is why obese people have short lives, many illnesses and have a problem with day to day functioning.

I'm ok with someone being chubby because we are not all meant to look like Greek gods. But if someone is obese, it tells me that that person has some deep seated psychological issues.

Posted by Vatroslav on 08-19-2017

No one would like to be fat like in that picture. It would look horrible and lead to health problems. Society also prefers looking at someone with a good physique, except for the SJWs who are promoting a physique that will lead to health problems. There is no excuse to being fat.

Thin and Sexy

Being thin makes it easy to live everyday.Fat people suffer from a whole variety of health challenges due to there stature.A thin person can easily do so many fun things and at the same time maintain a Sexy body by doing the right exercises.

Being thin is what best for me.

Fat people or should I say chubby people are cute to look. Even my girlfriend want me to be fat but not that super fat. Anyways, I want my body to be thin than be fat. Because I can do more things when I'm thin rather than being fat. And I thought that my body looks perfect being thin.
Posted by blank629 on 12-07-2017

I think it's easier being thin because you aren't carrying a lot of weight around so you don't get as tired. Fat people have a lot to deal with even with just normal ordinary everyday things like walking or running or even kneeling or picking up things from the floor. Also, buying clothes for thin people is much easier.
Posted by Wubwub on 11-23-2018

Looking attractive.

The reality of life is that I truly enjoy being slim and fit unlike looking fat and plump. I think that it is one of the reasons those that are fat are also looking for ways that they can grow slim and look quite healthy as well. I don't really think that people will look at the things that happen with being slim since you will always look attractive when you are dressed up.
Posted by Barida on 11-09-2018

Between those two, I would choose to be thin since it's too easy to gain weight rather than to lose some.

Being fat has a big risk of diseases like heart attack, high blood and more while being thin can only cause you malnutrition and I can't think of any other illnesses that it can get. Fat people are really slow to move than the normal one. They can't even touch their feet and they occupy much space. Gluttony is one of the 7 deadly sins so you should avoid becoming one.

Posted by ColdFlameChris on 11-08-2017

Being Thin

I don't think that there is anyone in the world who loves being fat. Most people who are fat are not comfortable with their body size and it's the reason why they go to gym and exercise always, be on diet to lose weight.

Being fat is not healthy at all.

Posted by Martinsx on 12-09-2018

Enoughly thin

I would prefer thin but just the thin that is enough and healthy. Being too thing may bring some illness and might let other people think as if you are weak to do some activities. Being thin is something that I want to achieve as I want to wear clothes that will make me attractive and sexy..
Posted by ajahcuizon on 11-21-2018

I think it is all a matter of degree. Thin is generally better but taken to an extreme it is not healthy. It is not good to be morbidly obese nor is it good to be to thin. After a certain age people that are a bit overweight tend to live longer and enjoy life more. It is the truth actually. I think being 20 pounds overweight is not a terrible thing.
Posted by kgord on 08-17-2017
Its much better to be thin than to be fat. when you are thin it makes to be more mobile and you are more physically fit. Being thin also makes you to be more healthy than a fat person. The people that are too fat can suffer from serious heart problem and they are not that very mobile like those that are that are thin. One thing to note again is that there are a lot of health risk in being fat.
Posted by babyright on 08-17-2017
I've been slim built all my life and I love it! I have no issues with fat persons who you can see they are naturally fat. I somehow find the slightly sizable bodied ladies rather attractive. I don't know perhaps we gravitate towards each other being opposites. I don't exercise as much as I use to and I still maintain good form plus I can eat large meals and return for seconds in seconds! I gather once you're healthy, comfortable and not weight stressed then you can maintain or at least strive to maintain the weight that is most desirable for your shape and structure.
Posted by Joteque on 08-17-2017
I don't think any normal human being would have a mindset of "wanting" to be fat. It just happens and we have to embrace our bodies and love us for who we are. Also not to be judgmental because some people are bigger not because they're lazy but could be their condition also. Ideally I am sure everyone wants to be regular sized (not too thin) just healthy. I sure want to lose ideally 10-15 pounds!
Posted by simplym on 08-17-2017
It does not matter whether you are thin or fat, what matters is you need to be healthy. Howver, if I have to choose between fat and thin, I would chose to remain thin. When you are fat, you are prone to various diseases such as diabetics, and hearh diseases. One of the negative effects of being thin is beting weak, however, it is ok to be physically weak rather than ill.
Posted by vinaya on 08-17-2017
Some people may be fat but still very active and seemingly very healthy while there are some that may be seemingly frail and not very fit. This is what makes some people believe that it's probably ok to be fat. I am not trying to put them down because for some people it's somewhat difficult to lose and maintain the weight loss for an extended period. The best practice for these persons is to keep active and eat as healthy as they can. In the long run, it should be better if the weight could be held at a reasonable level because it's evident that when there is too much weight, then the more difficult to combat a number of negative health issue.
Posted by explorerx7 on 08-17-2017
Thin because there are many associated health problems when you are fat. Being thin makes you move easily and faster. You won't be easily get tired doing many things when you are thin unlike fat ones. Aside from that you would look attractive because you have a nice figure when you are thin.

I think it is a matter of degree when it comes to being fat or being thin. This depends on our BMI measurement. We cannot rely on qualitative things which might be subjective. I think being 1 point over or under the normal range should still be fine for an individual.

I like being slim but not thin. Being fat has a lot of health issues so its better to watch your weight and eat, live a healthy life. But there is nothing wrong of being a little bit fat but not to the point of being obese. What matter is your being healthy and not weak.
Posted by rose thornes on 08-18-2017
I want to be thin, but the required journey is very hard. I'm not obese rather slightly overweight. A combination of diet and exercise helps to keep my body well in shape. What I lack is the consistency of efforts. I usually give up after a few days and revert back to normal. This results in waste of all the efforts that were put in.

I always feel good after each workout session. Soon my body starts showing visible results and I feel healthy and sexy. The results of the exercises are manifold. It helps to improve the bone and muscle strength. Apart from this, it helps to build up work stamina. Endorphins released after each exercise regime helps to elevate mood and fight against depression.

Being skinny is not that attractive but being fat is? I sustain my point of view that is much better on being thin and not being fat. Being fat will make us moving slow, having health problems, some people even died because o the obesity. I am a thin person and I hope I will remain so and will not gain weight.
Posted by wallet on 08-18-2017
I don't feel that being fat is all that fun or great in any way, to be honest. Being skinny isn't the end all be all either and the definition of fat differs for everyone although I would think IBM would probably define being fat. Much rather than defining it by being skinny or fat I'd prefer to be healthy whatever healthy looks like on my body be it fat or skinny.
Posted by AlexHarris on 08-18-2017
If You are comfortable in your body, then weight and figure complexion don't matter at all. If You have some issues with your health or some inferiority complex due to your body size, then you need to think how to become slimmer or gain more weight. As for looks, well... I have seen plenty of attractive and successful people with extra kgs and weight issue never ever bothered them. So, it`s completely individual.
Posted by RosieCheeks on 08-18-2017
I was thin when I was younger and I only gained weight when I was 40 or so. Maybe it has to do with my menopause period. From a slender 130 pounds, I am now hovering at 165 pounds which makes me semi obese. Obviously, I want to go back to my former body that is slim because I suspect that being overweight is the reason why I have ailments like hpyertension and high cholesterol level. However, it is not easy to lose weight just like when I was young, it was not easy to gain weight. Blame this metabolism of mine huh.
Posted by Corzhens on 08-18-2017
I wouldn't mind anyone of them, because it all boils down to natural attributes in most cases, cause I can remember when I was a kid, I was very fat and plumpy and I really loved it , but I got to grow up and started seeing my self losing some weight and fat, despite don't working out, and I have not been to gym once, but now am thin, not so thin tho, and love it, and if in future, nature decides to make me fat again. I will as well love it.
Posted by Authord on 08-18-2017
I don't think too much of either one is good. Being too fat or too thin is unhealthy. There has to be a happy medium.

Some people make themselves sick trying to be too thin or look like a model. It's not worth the price of your health. Eat healthy food, moderately, and exercise. Love who your are more than what you look like.
Posted by Zyni on 08-18-2017
Finally, someone made a requested topic. :) Thanks for making this one. I won't bother voting though because I believe I have encountered both body shapes. When I was younger up until high school, I used to be really thin and small and they would always make fun of me because I might blown by the wind and all those thin-can jokes but I didn't really take them all personally. I just smiled. A few years later, I began to gain weight and height. Now my belly is showing up. :D I am not that fat like the one on the preview thumnail but my body shape sure changed a lot.

I have liked being fat because of all the health problems associated with fat. I'm really team thin or slim.I think nobody will ever pray to be obese.

Obesity can be quite embarrassing. One is easily tired and it comes with pains of body's parts because of high weight.

So I prefer being slim to obesity.

I have noticed that majority of the old people here who are aged 80 and above are mostly thin and only a handful is fat. One oldster said that you tend to lose weight when you grow older. Upon reaching 70 years you begin to taper even if your diet does not change and the amount of food that you eat remains the same. I am now overweight and having an issue in losing weight because of my work schedule.
Posted by Corzhens on 10-09-2018
There has to be something in between. Too thin is not good and too fat isn't great either. Both can give you health problems at any age. It is necessarily to keep a balance, have the right weight for the height you are. Eating healthy food and exercise often helps a lot with this. In my case, a couple of years ago I was really thin, around 44kgs for 5 feet 2 of height, it wasn't healthy and I hadn't much energy but then I started to gain some weigh and at the moment I'm around 52kgs and I feel a lot better, the only bad part is that I don't have much time to work out daily but at least I try to eat healthy to not gain more weight.
Posted by felabruno on 08-18-2017
I always find it hard which among the two to prefer, usually thin has more advantages in terms of health as compared to being fat. I always come across a thin person eating a lot of junk so as to add weight, while at the same time I meet a person that is dying on the gym to become slim. I will go with a thin person on this one since the advantages are more than disadvantages.
Posted by williamk on 08-18-2017
I think that the most important thing in here is being happy with your body if you are fat or if you are thin it is good, as long as you are happy with it and you accept yourself as you are. Also, both of this options are bad at some point, if you are very fat it is bad for you in the long term, and if you are very thin it could be very bad because you could feel like a lack of energy.
Posted by BatmanWayne on 08-19-2017
I prefer being Thin, most of the time when people is fast it is because they don't have a good health and don't eat very well. When You are thin you can exercise more easily, you feel good about yourself. Also, They eat very well for example vegetables, fruits, protein, etc that help you to have a good body. People who are fat Likes to eat a lot of sugar and that it is not good for our health and body it brings diseases, heart attacks, etc.

I think these days most of the health issues are due to the weight gain. And people have to watch out their health. And if they don't then they are going to have some gain in case of stress and other mental issues. I think that's one more reason people need to think about getting healthy and thin. Getting weight gain is not a good idea for the body in many ways.

I prefer being thin, although not that really thin like what you've post on the side of the thinner guys that's why I didn't both on any side. Because I've been thin like that for as for I can remember until I started to be on a diet last year on quest for abs. Generally almost everyone has heard of this saying on every health and fitness topics out there, "eat small but many", but in my case I eat a lot and many as I'm trying to achieve a body which is physically fit and sexy not to gain ridiculous attention from the girls but to have confident on facing other people.

To my surprise, I've been getting good amount of weight ideal for my age once I stand on that scale. I don't rely though on those numbers as there was lots of factor on how that scale come up with that numbers and its really not that accurate and what I'm trying to accomplish.

I wouldn't chose any of the two options, as I prefer being muscular in body structure but if I must choose one, then it's being thin for me. There is no joy in being fat, I can't imagine myself being fat not even having a big belly.

Medical research and reports have shown that fat people are prone to more health problems than thin people. Health problems such as being hypertensive, cardiovascular disease, suffocation, obesity etc. To sum it all they are closer to death in general.
Posted by Heatman on 09-02-2017
I think this is all about choice. One can decide that being fat is the way to go about it and that by being fat, they could get to intimidate people with their huge figure and all that while there are also people that are cool with being slim and thin and even try as much as they could in managing the things they eat and all that all in a bid to see that they remain thin for the number of days that they are going to spend on earth.
Posted by Barida on 09-26-2017
I prefer to be thin as there are practically much less problems associated with being thin. Being skinny doesn't always mean one lacks energy. Being obese is usually a sign that a person lacks discipline. A fat person will have difficulties finding clothes that suit well at reasonable prices. Obesity can trigger diseases like Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

I think most people want to be thin rather than fat, being thin you will look smart and you can wear all kind of dress, unlike being fat it makes you hard time to choose dress that fits you I mean over size dress. I don’t say being fat is not good at all because many fat people are charming , me myself I’m not thin and my goal now is to became thin or at least little sexy hahaha.. I want to be healthy because we know that being fat is susceptive to many diseases like heart attack and other sickness.

In fact, I think that none of them are truly beneficial. Being at the right weight is what I would recommend for most people and a little bit of muscle has never done anyone any harm. We should all strive for a healthy body

I'd rather be skinny instead of fat. I think when you're fat, you're limited to many things. The practice of physical exercises, esthetics and appropriate clothing are one of the main factors. I do not have the tendency to get fat, but I am always attending to my diet and physical exercise.

Obviously, I prefer to be slim. Like what you have mentioned above, being fat is a taboo. It's not just about physical appearance, it's about health. Being fat is very unhealthy. It can be prone to hypertension due to high cholesterol and arthritis since a heavy weight puts too much strain for the joints, especially if you are overweight. I have scoliosis and having that spinal problem, I am not allowed to be overweight because it will put strain on my back, especially my spine. Being slim isn't just about physical appearance. Being healthy with the ideal weight can help prevent diseases and at the same time give you the bonus of attractive appearance.

Being fat brings a lot of diseases, hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, an so much more. Unfortunately, we are socially trained to eat what satisfy us instead of what makes us good. We're also a very lazy society, we reject exercise, go driving everywhere, and we never agree to walk not even at a mall or supermarket. Being thin help us to feel comfy with our aspect, but also with our health, we stop limiting ourselves , and we improve our self esteem.

Actually the only bad thing to be thin is the cold, also I'm thin and very cold rsrsrs, has many advantages of being thin for example, any clothes are good, people do

not keep fixing and saying 'our like him is thin '... and if you want to gain weight I think it is easier if you were fat and want to lose weight. Rest assured that

you may be thin because of your age (I do not know how old you are) but generally men start to be able to get fat after age 18. If accepted the way you are.

I will go for being thin, because I can be fat easily if I will eat lots of food and also being thin is healthy because if you are fat you have a lot of cholesterols.

There are people who were born with different body types. Of course, if someone is thin, they will dream about being fat or having more fats in their body. And being fat, they will dream about being thin because they know the struggles of having that body. I don't want to choose with the two choices, I want to be healthy that's all. Being fat and being thin has its own disadvantages and advantages and I want to choose what is preferred and a great choice for me, to be healthy.

No matter how thin someone looks, it's still very much better than being fat. Being fat leads to obesity and it's a very poor healthy lifestyle which can cause high blood pressure.
