Boiled eggs are bettr for you

To be honest I like eggs friend, boiled, poached and scrambled. Boiled eggs are better though as they are slow release protein, and also they are cooked properly so there is less chance of any tummy bugs.

I like soft boiled eggs and to have that on toast, or hard boiled eggs as egg mayonnaise. They are also a good diet food as they are complete protein. Fried eggs as yummy as they are, are less healthy plus they don't always turn out right.

Nicer flavor!

I actually love both types of eggs but if I have to choose, boiled ones are my choice! Eggs are an amazing source of protein and have many good benefits for your body. Some people exaggerate how bad they can be... I don't believe that at all. If you don't eat like ten eggs per day then you shouldn't be worrying.

I love the taste of boiled eggs because it's richer than fried ones. It's also better since you don't use any oil to prepare them. All you need is boiling water.

Also, boiled eggs are very filling and great for breakfast. I really like to put them on my sandwich with other things like salami and vegetables!

I prefer Boiled egg

I love eating eggs and both options are very good. But I consider the boiled egg healthier.

Boiled is Better

I have found that boiled eggs are better. You don't have to do any additional stuff to it. Even the salt on top is more than enough. It can be taken with the salad. And you just have to eat it for the healthy diet. In case of fried you'd have to add oil. Which is not required for the boiled eggs. Thats why I'd say boiled is better than the fried.

Boiled eggs

My favorite snacks are boiled eggs. They are really delicious and are very easy to prepare. Boiled eggs contain good fats which can help in lowering cholesterol and help in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Boiled eggs are equally rich in proteins which can help in repairing tissues. Boiled eggs are rich in Vitamin A which is good for our eyes and Vitamin D which is good for our bones.

Favorite among all

I like every way to prepare eggs, but boiled is my favourite, I think it's a really nice way to prepare it and it tastes delicious.

I love boiled eggs and I cannot get enough of them.

I prefer them with a little salt, and perhaps if I'm feeling daring, a sauce or two. It's much healthier than having it fried, and the texture is more palatable in my opinion.

Boiled For Me

Although I love a good fried egg over sourdough or rye toast, the boiled egg is much better for you, and you can grab one and throw it in your lunch or carry it on a hike for a quick dose of protein. They are also great for slicing into salads and other recipes. The older I get, the less I like and the less I enjoy fried foods, so I think my tastes have changed. I do have to eat these with a generous dose of salt and pepper, but I still enjoy them, and not just as leftovers at Easter.

I love eggs to be quite honest here. I like them either way but boiled eggs are healthier since no oil is involved in the process. I love to eat sliced eggs with tomatoes and some spice, preferably black pepper.

Love boiled eggs

I love the flavor of boiled eggs and there are so many things that can be done with them. They can be used in a salad, or to make deviled eggs, and they are very transportable.
Posted by carlat281 on 08-04-2017

Though I enjoy the occasional fried egg with toast for breakfast, I definitely prefer boiled eggs. I like the texture of a boiled egg. I especially like how versatile a boiled egg is! You can have it as is, make a deviled egg, or add it into other foods like salads. We also like to sometimes do tacos and replace some of the more traditional meats with chopped up boiled egg instead. Boiled egg also adds something nice into soups and stews too. I think ultimately though I like both, they both taste good, and have health benefits, I prefer boiled eggs because there is so much more you can do with them.

My personal favorite

I love boiled eggs. I find them to be easier to prepare and a hard boiled egg makes an easy protein dense snack.

Hummmm.... SO good.

Boiled eggs are better and healthier than fried eggs. ()

I think that in addition to being yummy and healthy, they combine with a lot of multicultural recipes (and I think this is something important in any kind of food).

Boiled eggs are the best

I like boiled eggs because of the taste but there's also the thing about them being more healthy because they are not fried on oil which means they aren't that greasy. Despite the "you cannot add other ingredients" con you can do many things with them such as put them on a sandwich or add to a salad.

less fat

For me I preferably like boiled eggs better than fried eggs as hard boiled eggs provide less calories, fats/saturated fats , enough proteins and carbohydrate intake unlike Fried eggs which apart from what I said earlier about boiled eggs,It has way more calories, fats and addition to the oil we have to use in cooking fried eggs.Boiled eggs are preferable and ideal to those person who undergoes diet and its more healthier than fried.

Fried for me

As much as I know that boiled egg is better than fried ones, still I am not cut out for eating boiled eggs. There is a silly reason to which I don't prefer eating boiled eggs, and it's in farting problem. Whenever I eat boiled eggs, it makes me fart and such fart will be very smelly to the extent that it's not even conducive to me that released it.

I have tried several times to see if boiled eggs would stop having such bad effects on me but it persisted and as a result of this I have given up completely on eating boiled egg and anything that it's used to prepare. Things such as buns, meat pie, salad, egg roll etc.

Maybe it's a sign my body system doesn't react well to boiled eggs, I really don't know but I am not experimenting on myself again. Fried eggs are alright with me, no side effects or anything and it's even more sweet tasting to me than boiled eggs.

I prefer boiled eggs

I prefer boiled eggs because they are healthier than fried eggs. Fried eggs may be more flavorful by nature but we can do something about this with boiled eggs. An egg salad can add flavor to boiled eggs. A boiled eggs sandwich with cheese and mayonnaise is also a good way to add some flavor. Boiled eggs can also be put to dishes like our famous dish, Adobo. Boiled eggs can taste good without sacrificing health benefits.

I wpuld prefer boiled eggs because it is healthier than fried eggs. Also, it is cheaper than fried eggs because it does not require an oil for it to be cooked. I like it when it comes with salt and rice. I incorporate it with my diet and I can say it is effective.

Fried eggs and green ham!

Oh what an eggzellent VS Trisha! I'm eggcited to place my vote on it! I hope I don't overdo it though as nobody likes hard boiled eggs that are, hard boiled! They need to be a little soft in the middle for dipping them soldiers in you know!? But me, I love me a good fried egg! Obviously with bacon and brown sauce nom! I do like boiled eggs though, in a salad. Or pickled. OMG pickled eggs are awesome! But I like fried eggs more as they are so easy to make and versatile and tasty in the morning for breakfast, the afternoon for lunch or even at dinner or supper time. Or those early hours in the morning when you shouldn't be frying stuff but do anyway because all the food you've got has to be prepared and cooked before you can eat it lol you know? :D

I love fried eggs!

Well, in my household, I grew up eating both boiled and fried. Switching between the two periodically. Personally, when it comes to preparation I could go either way. Though I do feel I slightly favor fried eggs more. Boiled eggs can be a little more time consuming, but is an excellent on the go kind of snack. Fried eggs are nice for a morning breakfast routine complete with bacon, toast, and a fruit salad! Normally, I cook and eat my fried eggs lightly scrambled. Sunnyside up is a good choice too!

I don't know why, but I hate the taste of boiled eggs if I eat them alone. I don't mind eating boiled eggs mixed with other things to mask the taste, but it's a little difficult for me to finish a boiled egg on its own. However, I don't mind fried eggs on their own, although they are less healthy. In fact, I love fried eggs and have them quite frequently for breakfast.

taste better

When I was young, I actually did not like the smell of eggs, and I didn't like eating boiled eggs as well, as I think they are quite smelly (with the smell of the eggs). My mom usually fried eggs for us. Sometimes it can be just plain fried eggs, sometimes she would add onions or any other kind of vegetables. I started to eat boiled eggs when my first child was still a toddler as I think it's healthier for a toddler, and I ate together with him. Slowly, I started to eat boiled eggs more often as it's healthier. But still, I prefer fried eggs especially with different flavors.

I love it Sunny Side Up and Scrambled

I love eggs because they are easy and fast to cook. Especially the sunny side up fried egg, I love it as a partner to my sliced bread. I also love it scrambled as it is or even with lots of sliced tomatoes. It can go well with rice or even with a bread and coffee.

fried eggs

I am allergic to eggs whenever I eat them I get skin problems, I'm aware of how healthy boiled eggs can be but still I can't resist fried eggs, Their smell and taste is special and it gives me an strong appetite of wanting to eat them even after recovering my painful allergy lol.

Versatile Recipes

I prefer fried eggs especially scrambled eggs because it is delicious and I can add in any ingredients into the eggs too. Eggs are versatile ingredient that you can stir fry or deep fry anytime, any additional ingredients such as carrots, onions, tomatoes, chives, meats, hotdogs or spinach.

Sunny side up eggs are my son and hubby favorite dish for breakfast , glazed with thick black soy sauce. Although it is not advisable to consume eggs daily, an estimate of 4 eggs in a week should be alright. Eat eggs moderately.

Posted by peachpurple on 08-07-2017

Scrambled with lots of veggies is my favorite.

I like boiled eggs, and I do eat them sometimes, and make deviled eggs or egg salad sandwich; but I really prefer fried or scrambled eggs. if I am eating breakfast out and the serve hashbrowns with the eggs, then I will have 2 eggs, over medium. If I am making them myself at home, and not having hashbrowns, then I will usually scramble the eggs with greens like spinach, or sometimes with tomatoes and onions. I also like eggs poached on top of corn beef hash for a meal any time of day.

Fried eggs

I like fried eggs because my wife has some great recipe. Sometimes she fries the eggs in combination with mashed corn, or in combination with fried tomatoes, and sometimes she fries dill and green onion, then add the eggs. These recipes are very tasty and it looks awesome on the plate!

Fried eggs

I don't eat eggs very often but when I do it, I rather to cook fried eggs. I always choose to make it or order it this way because it feels more delicious for me, the boiled eggs have a weird taste to me, I hate its flavor, they feel so wrong inside my mouth, I can only tolerate a bit when they are put in salads.
Posted by luispas on 08-04-2017

fried egg always

I seriously prefer Fried eggs, I know it's not the healthier way to eat eggs but it is so delicious and I never get tired of eating them this way. For me, boiled egg doesn't have any flavor.
Posted by pizzalover on 08-19-2017

fried tastes better

I think in most cases fried foods taste better and if they just weren't as unhealthy as they are then that's probably how I'd prefer to eat my food more times than not. In this case I believe that to be true as well and even though I do still like to eat boiled eggs and I like dishes that contain them, I still would prefer to have fried eggs more often.
Posted by Wubwub on 11-12-2018

Scrambled and Sunny Side up

I prefer frying eggs scrambled with onions and other ingredients which are mostly tidbits of hotdog, grind pork meat, crushed grilled eggplant and so much more. I do like to eat it also in a simple sunny side up with lots of ketchup on the top and sometimes make it a sandwich of it. I do admit though though that I eat it boiled too most of the times as my snack and sometimes I only eat whites as its on my menu for a healthy fit body.

Fried Egg

I'm not a fan of a boiled egg as it tastes so plain to me. I do love it friend or poached egg as it tastes really good and more delicious and tasty to eat. I find it hard to finish eating the boiled egg for me since I taste none so I always prefer my egg, fried.

Sunny Side-Up

I love to cook eggs for breakfast and sunny side-up eggs is my favorite way of frying them.

Seeing a couple of yolks like peaks (I buy double egg yolk eggs) surrounded by egg whites fried to perfection and seasoned with some salt and pepper , add a couple of toasts and a cup of boiling hot coffee for breakfast is the way I start my day.

Frying flies high

Frying an egg is the best. I prefer it fried with onions and eaten with a salad. I normally think it is nutritious and delicious too.

Boiled egg is not what I love. The aroma that comes from it is not pleasant to me and causes my stomach to churn. I love fried eggs

Fried always

Fried egg is so crunchy and is one of the kinds of eggs I love to eat during breakfast. Fried eggs are really healthy too knowing that it releases the vitamins. It also complements food such as bacon, ham, spam, meatloaf and etc.

I love both versions, boiled eggs are always delicious, they are great to put them on salad and for having a fast snack. Fried egg is one of my favorites for breakfast, they are easily done and a great companion for other things.

I also love boiled eggs but I seldom eat such because I forget about it. Our usual breakfast in the olden days was eggs which are usually fried although sometimes I make egg salad from the boiled egg which I add mayonnaise and pickles. Whenever we would go on a road trip for a long distance drive like 4 hours or longer, we bring along boiled eggs to stand as emergency snack when we feel hungry and there was nothing in sight where we can eat.

I love eggs so I will choose both. I like to cracked them during breakfast where everyone is in rush and don't have much time to cook. Its very easy to prepare and nutritious, you can boiled, fried and put some vegetables in it and you can also make some soup with it in just a few minutes. We always have eggs in the kitchen and we always make sure that we're not going out of stock.
Posted by rose thornes on 08-03-2017
I like both methods of eggs, but find fried eggs is easier to make. Whereas boiled requires me to break the shell afterwards and it could be messy.
Posted by simplym on 08-04-2017
I like soft-boiled eggs but I am a big omelette fan. Omelettes are so versatile. You can have a hundred ideas of making your own delicious omelette version. Add spinach, herbs, onion, tomato, capsicum, chilli, potato, cauliflower... Whatever Your heart desires. Put Your unlimited fantasy into 5-min cooking and get your own customised unique version of a tasty omelette. It is so yummy! What can be better than the taste of tenderly fried omelette?!
Posted by RosieCheeks on 08-04-2017
I actually like both and each are better in their own ways. I love fried egg when I am eating it with fried rice or along noodles. Fried egg adds life to dry noodles. I love eating hard boiled egg without rice and I sprinkle little salt on it. I would say that fried eggs, either omelette or suny side up both complement meals, unlike the hard-boiled egg.
Posted by giovanniiiii on 08-04-2017
I am not really a fan of eggs at all but if I had to choose then I would go with hard boiled eggs. i like them added to my salad or to use them to make an egg salad sandwich or to add to potato salad. I used to eat eggs quite often but i got tired of them. I do have a fried egg on occasion but it has to be well done. I do not like a soft yolk at all. It turns my stomach. My fiance makes a man omelet but it is something that I only eat maybe once a year if that.
Posted by Sue on 08-04-2017
I actually prefer my eggs poached. A lot of people find this difficult to do but once you do it a few times it's easy to get the hang of. After that, I like scrambled and I can add some veggies to them. It's funny, I never really eat eggs for breakfast, but rather I have them for a quick dinner.
Posted by Lizzyib on 08-04-2017
I like fried eggs, however, I will have to go with boiled eggs because boiled eggs are healthier than fried eggs. When I want to make a quick meal I always fry eggs. I can fry eggs in half a dozen ways. It takes less than 2 minutes to fry an egg. However, you need to spend at least 5 ninutes to boil an eggs. Beside you cannot eat too much of boiled eggs because it will nmake your mouth dry.
Posted by vinaya on 08-04-2017
I like both and I really can't pick between them. Hard-boiled eggs are better for you, but fried eggs are delicious too. If I want to quickly make breakfast, I'll opt for fried eggs because they're easy to make. If I want my eggs to last longer, I'll make boiled eggs because I can stick them in the fridge longer. Both are great options and I eat both quite frequently.
Posted by kataomoi on 08-05-2017
It is true that fried eggs are more delicious than boiled eggs, however, boiled eggs are healthier than fried eggs. If you want to fix something quickly, boiling eggs is a great option. Frying eggs also does not take too long, but you need to do a lot of work.
Posted by vinaya on 01-17-2018
I like both boiled and fried egg. It usually depends on which dish I am eating. I always eat fried egg for lunch though while boiled egg is usually prepared for breakfast.
Posted by fishmonk on 08-06-2017
I love to eat fried eggs but cannot eat boiled eggs. I love the sight of the boiled ones but somehow my body fails to digest them. I end up with heavy chest congestion after eating the boiled ones.

On the contrary fried eggs are my favorite choice for breakfast. I like to eat almost every version of fried eggs. They are easy to make and don't need a lot of cooking time as well. They are a healthy, complete, and hassle free food that can fit in at any time of the day.
Posted by amitkokiladitya on 08-06-2017
I don't really have a strong preference in this situation. I like scrambled eggs! However, a soft boiled egg is very good. A fried egg is good also. I think poached eggs which are essentially boiled eggs I might like better than fried eggs. If I am in the mood, I will have some eggs and bacon for breakfast in the morning. It is a nutritious way to start the day!

Boiled egg because fried egg is unhealthy by using oil to fry
Posted by Scarlet on 08-17-2017
Love both. However, I think a boiled egg is much more nutritious and a healthier option. At the same time, it's easier to prepare a boiled egg than a fried one. The mechanism is not that hard. Just simple water in a cooking pan, bring heat to the pan and let it boil for some few minutes. With fried eggs, it's easier to mess many things up.
Posted by evash19 on 08-23-2017
I prefer the method of boiling an egg rather than frying an egg that uses oil for cooking. It is more nutritious and healthier eating boiled egg as the protein contents is not diminished. If you are avoiding oily food better cook a boiling egg and include it to your daily meal.
Posted by rogel on 08-26-2017
Definitely boiled eggs are more healthy and nutritious, if one needs an healthy option of an egg then boiling it is a lot better. Frying it comes with a lot of oil and. unhealthy fat should can make add a lot of weight overtime.

I prefer to take fried eggs as a result of the different taste it gives me when I take it with bread or eaten with noodles. I understand that the cooked eggs remain more nutritious than the fried eggs, but the taste of fried eggs with bread is too good to ignore.

I enjoy frying the eggs myself whenever I make my noodles or making a bread pasta with it so as to know the necessary level of onions, pepper and spices to add to make it taste to my liking. I will always prefer the fried egg any day though I won't deny that I take boiled eggs once in a while. it s just that I enjoy taking more of the fried egg.

I also like eggs in noodles. My favorite egg recipe is egg curry. This is made my boiling egg and then deep frying and cooking it in a gravy of tomato, onion, garlic and ginger.
