USB is betterYou can use the charger for multiple type of the phone. And you get to work with different devices with the single charger. most of the pin based chargers are not worth for the same reason. I'd say that phones should have USB port and not some apple style pin and stuff. That's something I'd definitely recommend.

USB.Everyone is going to agree that this is the best charger, just because it can fit a long of smartphones, which is a big plus. You can also change the USB often and use it on your computer, which is a great bonus. Pins might be cheap or whatever, but they've definitely lost their place nowadays.

can be used for moreI choose this because at least with a USB charger you could use it for other devices as opposed to a pin charger which you could only pretty much use for a specific brand and type of phone. I also like that USB chargers usually have a detachable plug which makes it even more versatile since you could exchange the wire with another type of usb and it would still charge and function.

Quality. Most of these kind of chargers are always of high quality which means that you are going to make use of them for as long as you want which is nice. I have seen those chargers in the market and the only thing that is stopping me from getting one is because of the fact that they are pretty expensive and can take a large chunk of the budget when I am trying to get them.

This one!Well, aside from the fact it is the trend one nowadays and most smartphones is making this approach for some sort of technical reasons, but I don't like the pin point one anymore because it feels like you're still living with the old times. It also makes me feel like I'm still an old school person. Though I don't have against the other approach but it's better to use the modern technologies nowadays. Embrace and use the improvement of technologies because it will help you a lot.

More durableI say it's more durable because I have experienced bending some Pin phone chargers during Nokia days. There is a higher chance of it getting bent compared to a USB Charger. A USB charger is also compatible for most of the smartphones today and you won't have to provide and use a different charger for some phones.

Adaptability is the KeyWith the development in technology, it's normal to go along with the changes on the things that we're used to. One of those things are the chargers we use. Given with all the pros, I don't think going back to the old pin chargers are convenient and is useful for this generation. Although I have loved them before, I don't think pin chargers have the capacity to fast charge smartphone batteries because they only charged batteries with small capacities like the ones in the traditional phones.

USB Phone Charger is way better than Pin Phone ChaI would have to say that USB Phone Charger is way better than Pin Phone Charger simply because it is what smartphones use. Most of us are using smartphones and this is what we always use to charge our phone batteries. It is more convenient and efficient as this can be found in any phone shops if it needed to be replaced.

Multiple PurposesWith the USB chargers any one with a USB port can connect their device's to other device's, like laptops and Android Phones to speakers and so much more. So apart from it's use as a charger it can also connect other device's together to help in the transfer of information and data between two device's.

I also find it as way cheaper than any other charger. Although some are not originals but not seemed to be fake, performances vary from different products. Anyways it is still the best for me.

Simple and easyThese kinds of phone chargers are so simple and perfect that you can find them exactly anywhere in the world. They are so easy to use and they go well with laptops or computers when you are trying to pass some files. It is also the most common charger to find now a days in the world. Yes you can find those pin phone chargers but not all the cellphones have them. They can also be easily broken but I do say the same for the brush usb chargers. But yet again you can find these simple chargers anywhere and can be afforded at the right price.

One of the phone company that are well known for making pin chargers more often than any other phone companies are Nokia. Just like we normally call it here, Nokia pin chargers. It's going to be very hard to come into any family here and not see one small pin or big pin Nokia charger even if the entire family uses other phone companies smartphone. Small pin chargers seems to be a culture over here and people are still using it. I have a tablet that uses both pin charger and brush charger.

Now, most smartphone are using USB chargers and from what I can say to understand about building smartphone chargers to come with brush is as a result of the battery capacity being charged. The battery capacity of smartphone requires a charger that can convert a substantial amount of current to charge the battery faster unlike the small phone batteries that don't need much current to charge.

USB chargers and the point for the phone are better. Apple is just making money off people by making pin phone chargers and they seem to be making random crappy chargers too. USB Chargers are the norm nowadays because of its connectivity features. I mean with it you can connect multiple cables to a power bank charging multiple devices all at the same time. Also you can do it while your power bank is actually charging. With USB Chargers you can also charge your phone by connecting it to other charged devices like a laptop or a pc. The truth is there's a lot of uses for a USB charger.

I don't really see the difference between the two performance wise. I think that USB chargers are more practical because they give you more options when you are charging your phone. With a USB you can charge any type of smart phone and even tablets. You can also charge your phone on your laptop or computer. Unfortunately as strong as the pin charger is , it does not have the same kind of versatility. If you forget your charger and your phone uses a pin charger its really hard to find someone with the same charger as yours. They are different pin chargers for different phones.

I am very thankful that Pin charger was phased out. I own many phone back then that uses the said charger and always the pin inside the phone would be bent or get pluck out. The small pin inside is ridiculously so thin that a little bend could potential break it. I have no problem with the larger one since it is a little thicker compared to the small one. People who don't experience the said incidents as mine are just very lucky.

I go for USB phone chargers. USB chargers are cheaper, flexible, and convenient. You can use a single usb charger for multiple gadgets unlike pin chargers which are limited to one or few similar devices. You can use it as data cable at the same time. New phones now use this technology so it's useless to prefer old technology at this point. As for durability, I don't see much difference except the fact that you can easily replace usb cables when they're damaged. There are shops here that sell usb cables for $.20.
