ESPN

I'm into sports, a lot of fun can be derived from sporting activities. ESPN helps me in getting a quick glance of all that transpired between my favourite teams even when I am not present at the time of play.

Their are so many updates I've been able get prior to the time, and it was ESPN that made it that easy. I hardly miss any important game, because I utilize the information I get from ESPN and it has been amazing.

I'm a sports fan

I'm a huge sports fan, so I'd vote for ESPN... it gives almost all the sports events I've missed.so I can get to know the latest happenings in the sports universe through ESPN. CNN has a wide variety of news, but all of them are not really important to me.... lol so ESPN is my choice....

Sports only please

I don't like to dwell too much in controversial issues that are biased by a news station. I would only look into seeing who is currently winning in the NBA playoffs.

Don't like either, but

I don't really like either but I would say ESPN at least has given me a bit more entertainment. I like watching some of the sports I like that they broadcast and I appreciate that they are at least trying out broadcasting esports as of late. CNN, on the other hand, not only let go of the one good thing I like that they had which was Larry King, but they have been growing more and more outwardly biased that at this point they don't seem to be trying to hide it anymore. Not that any other network is that much better, but they are unfair and far removed from being an actual news network nonetheless.

Sportsaholic here

I enjoy watching sports, listening to it and hearing the news about it. ESPN gives me all the feedback, details, news and facts that I really want to hear and what intrigues me to listen to. I have always adored how they are able to speak and project the news so well and that makes me think that if I were to become a news analysis one day, I would surely join it in the sports industry.

CNN

I like CNN for various reasons, not only you get the full local coverage and updates every hour, but also world news.CNN has variations they tend to cover what’s trending worldwide in the field of business, politics, entertained and sports updates. Also, have the opportunity to see live event coverage like Donald trump inauguration as the 45th president of the united states of the American. Or the after-effect coverage of the Brussels bombings that killed 32 people and wounded more than 300 other victims in a day of terror took place on 22nd of march 2016 And weather prediction updates keep me alert as well.

I watch CNN more than ESPN. I watch ESPN only when the channel is brodcasting live sports events. I watch CNN for news and views. My prefered news channel is not CNN, but if I have to choose between CNN and ESPN, I will have to choose CNN because I was CNN more than ESPN.

ESPN is obviously more entertaining than CNN since it's a sports network. CNN I prefer to get my news and info from. To watch NBA, NFL or MLB highlights - obviously I choose ESPN.

My husband is fond of watching both channels. For sports, it is ESPN, of course and for news, it is CNN. However, he said that he is enjoying Al Jazeera more than CNN because Al Jazeera is neutral. It is annoying to watch the news about Donald Trump because CNN is obviously prejudiced against Trump. It’s not a good stance for a news channel because news reports should be balanced, no bias, no prejudice. I’m sure CNN has been losing viewers because of their prejudice against Trump.

I'm just watching the ESPN for basketball, or any kind of sports. This is the only show I watch on that channel, and CNN just for news but most of the time I watch the news on our local t.v station. I'm not used to watch cnn. I'm on more on the sports channel and I'm satisfied with the espn for broadcasting live NBA.

I'm not American so I don't really watch either channel too often. However, we do have both on our TV and if I need some world news I usually switch over to the CNN. It just has a great coverage with as many details and fresh information as possible. ESPN is sports orientated and we have other local programs for that.

I honestly think that there cant be a comparison in between the two channels. ESPN is a channel dedicated to Sports and CNN is a news channel Network. I watch both these channels for different purposes and I can't make a choice in between the two. I watch CNN almost every day and I watch ESPN whenever it broadcasts any of my favorite Sports events.
