Eating fruits everyday

We all know that eating fruits has a lot of benefits in our body specially when it comes to health. For starters, it helps reduce risks of getting those common diseases such as high blood pressure, heart diseases and specially some cancers too. Also, fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals which is the main ingredient in keeping yourself active and healthy.

I myself tend to eat fruits almost everyday; sometimes every other day. Availability in our place is a major factor to consider because the fresh fruits are only available every weekends. So I store most of the unripe ones.

How about you guys? Do eat fruits everyday?

As much as I want to eat fruits everyday, I can't because I lack in supply of fruits. I know they're nutritious, they're full of vitamins and minerals and could help fight sickness and diseases. The problem is, I don't have the budget for it.

Probably if I get a raise, I may have the capacity to purchase fruits to eat every day. I will probably purchase apples (you know what they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor a way, right?) and pears and grapes and dragon fruits. Oh, and I'll add some bananas for me to be able to make a banana split.

For now, I'll have to settle for eating fruits every other day. That's the best that my budget could afford.

Oh that's okay. I don't even have the budget sometimes for those fruits. What I do is if I got some extra money, I would buy ripe and unripe ones then I would store them for later use. At least if I don't have the money to buy, I would still have some of them available. :) Bananas are really good and basic fruits that a kitchen table must have. :D

I love to eat fruits everyday! I always have bananas at least, but lately I have been eating strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, oranges as well. Any fruit that is sweet, tasty is my kind of fruit! I will eat more of some fruit that is in season and reasonably priced or on sale also!

I sometimes eat pineapples and oranges if I get the chance. I really love those fruits by the way. They are so rich in vitamin C which our body really needs. :) However, strawberries and blueberries are kind of rare in our place. :/

I eat fruits almost every day. In my country, there is an abundance of fruits there is always some type of fruit in season and available. Bananas, mangoes, apples, naseberry, jackfruit, sweet sop, soursop, among many others. There is always an abundance of choices and I am a fan of most of the varieties so I am always well served.

Ahhh~ What country is this? And how about their prices? Are they cheap? Are they always available on whatever seasons? If so then that would be so awesome! Lol. I just can't imagine the nutrients and the increase of Vitamin C in your body if you keep on eating those every single day. :-D

Yes I eat fruits everyday especially for breakfasts. I like having pieces of fruits with my youghurt or cereal. I also have fruits sometimes as a light lunch.

Fruits could be a little expensive here. We could only have fruits four or five times a week but if its in season its eat all you can. We have a lot of fruit trees in our yard so when its in season to fruit we have a lot of fruits in our table.

At least you are still getting them fruits and thats five times a week! (: In our local place too, sometimes my favorite fruits won't be available due to the seasonal harvest so I'll eventually look for other available fruits which is not a bad idea also. :)

We have fruits trees at home - mango, sugar apple, star fruit, papaya, cashew, mulberry, passion berry, and some others that may have slipped my mind. Obviously, we love fruits that's why we always buy whenever we go to the market. But I don't think we have fruits everyday although a cluster of bananas would last for 3 or 4 days on the dining table. We are not really health conscious, we eat fruits simply because we like it. Instead of having chocolates or other sweets for dessert, it is fruits for us.

Yes bananas and oranges are like the standard fruits to have on a table because they are just so easy to eat and so delicious too! Eating fruits because you like it plus having the health benefits is truly a good thing to have. Although it's not bad to have sweets or chocolates once in a while. ;)

The problem is I cannot find grapes, kiwis, strawberries, blueberries in the supermarket. Hence, I buy tropical fruits in the wet market or supermarket, such as bananas, apples ( imported-Royal Gala- very expensive), Mandarin oranges, Jackfruits, Starfruits and Durians ( which I believe Americans hated the smell). Bananas could last about 2 days, cannot buy in bulk because they will rot by the 3rd day. Jackfruits , Starfruits an Durians are popular during the season of fruits. Otherwise, papayas and bananas are the common and cheaper local fruits.

Normally when I buy fruit I forget to eat it and it ends up getting thrown away. My dog enjoys an apple but I rarely eat fruit. When I do I love it. I like grapes and all kinds of berries. The problem is that I prefer comfort food but every now and again I end up having a fruit binge. I find it easier to drink fruit juice rather than eat the fruit.

I love to eat fruits everyday. They help me feel energised through the day and they give me the vitamins that I need daily. I also like the taste of basically all of the fruits. The best thing is that you can mix them with anything you like for example I like to mix fruit with yoghurt or porridge.

Well, I grew up in a somewhat healthy household. My mom loved cutting strawberries for me and making fruit salads on the daily. I think the goal for my parents was to steer me away from the fast food chains of unhealthy eating in general, which they succeeded in. I was able to adopt these same principles into my own life as I incorporate fruit into my everyday diet. Every morning I'll normally get up and have a banana or apple. On the weekends when I have spare time, I'll make smoothies. The best blends of different fruit combinations you can get! So I guess you could say eating fruit on the regular was never a problem for me, to be honest.

I've always been a big fruits and vegetables buff. My diet is loaded with both, and honestly the benefits of having a mostly plant based diet are astounding. However, recently I actually have been trying to limit my fruit intake and opting to eat more vegetables. This is because even though fruits are healthy, a lot of them have enough sugar in them that I would pretty much consider them a dessert food. Some would say this is natural sugar so it isn't all that bad, but fact just is that sugar is sugar in whatever form it comes in, and it will turn into fat if you don't use it up. That's why if you're watching your weight or blood sugar levels, it's best to avoid eating too many fruits.

I do eat fruits every day, an apple, a banana, a pear or pineapple. It doesn't matter what fruit it is but I do eat one or two fruits every day and not only, I eat some vegetables as well. We all should eat fruits and vegetables as much as we can because these are very good for our health, it provides us with vitamins and nutrients.

I eat fruits on a daily basis. Normally I have a banana or apple for breakfast. Then for lunch I usually have a fruit salad. As for dinner I usually have berries as they are low in calories and also rich in antioxidants and are thus good for health. However, it is can be quite expensive to buy fruits on a daily basis. I think I am quite lucky as we have our own field where we grow some vegetables and fruits.

The only fruit I ever like to eat is banana. It's because it is easy to eat that all one needs to do is just to peel the fruit and then he could eat to his heart's content. In cases of other fruits I am still very picky, and I only like them in the forms of shakes or juice. Despite that, I still eat bananas everyday to comply to that I should eat fruit everyday as how my father encourages me to.

As always, I am the only one who does not eat fruits. I do not like them, I do not tolerate them, no fruit of any kind. This is something that people always call attention to, because I have never eaten them. The reason for this is that when I was a little kid, I had gastric reflux, this illness caused me to vomit everything I ate and so my mom only gave me what I could tolerate, simple things, and avoided giving me many foods, including fruits. Until I discovered that the cause of my reflux was the milk, and a doctor sent me to drink soy milk and solved the problem, but it was too late for me to like fruits.

It is never too late to try new foods. There are lots of food that I didn't like as a kid that I enjoy now. When I was a child I hated vegetables but now I love them. They are so good.

You're right and I agree with you, but the problem with me is that I still have a terrible feeling when I eat fruits, it's like I want to vomit, and it's not something I control, it's just my reaction, I guess it's because of the gastric reflux issue that I had when I was a child, I wish sometimes that I could eat fruits as anyone else, any kind of them, but sadly it's not that easy.

I love fruit, and fresh raw fruit is one of the healthiest foods that a person can eat; but it is not good to eat a whole lot of it because it is high in sugar content. However, it is a much better idea to eat fruit for dessert than it is to eats sweets or pastry, which is also high in sugar; but adds no nutrients at all. I sometimes make green smoothies, and when I make these, I add some fruit into the greens, because just drinking greens is terribly untasty. With the added fruit, then you just have the flavor and sweetness of the fruit, but still get all of the vitamins and minselas from the greens.

I find that fruits are a healthy alternative to sweets. Besides all the benefits mentioned Fruits also provide with a good alternative for when you need to keep your weight in check.

Doing this has never been a problem for me - as not only have I always enjoyed eating fruit of every kind imaginable and in all forms too - either cooked or raw - but having also grown up in a country where - because both fruit and vegetables form a major part of the traditional diet - it was generally a feature of almost all meals - I think it safe to say - that as it is a natural part of my everyday diet - yes I eat fruit on a daily basis.

Fortunately however - as I grow all my fruit and generally have an abundant year round supply - I don't have to buy it - well apart from bananas - which don't grow very well here.

I don't have access to fruits. So I can't have them every single day. Instead I make sure to eat them when possible. This way I have managed to keep the health. You may find that fruits some of the time are not good enough for the body. As it can have lot of sugar in it. And it may cause insulin level to imbalance. So one has to understand that it can be bad on that front. Considering that it'd be lot easier.

Yes I do eat fruit everyday. It is important and a good addition to any eating plan. There is such a wide variety of fruit to choose from so you can change it up so that you don't tire of eating the same fruit over and over again. I like adding berries to my breakfast cereal. Tomatoes are a fruit and I have them as a sandwich or in my salads. I also enjoy a nice fruit salad for lunch sometimes. An apple a day is a great way of having fruit in your diet.

Just sometimes.... I'm not really a fruit lover, even if I should, and there is very few fruits that I actually like. Apples and bananas, that's it! Give me anything else, and I would probably completely ignore it. I'm not a healthy eater at all, but for now this didn't gave my any big issue.

I love fresh fruit and eat it everyday for breakfast and sometimes for an afternoon snack. I think that it is very important to eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. I would rather snack on fruit than cookies and cakes.

I eat plenty of fruit every single day. I eat at least one banana per day - usually in the morning along side my breakfast. It gives me a nice energy boost. Then, I also love to use fruit for my dinner. I don't eat anything else but fruit. Most often, I just buy the fruit that's in the season to save a bit of money since I eat everything. I just don't see why you wouldn't eat fruit every day when we are all aware of how beneficial and healthy it is.

I have various favorite fruits in rotation depending on the time of year, but there is almost always a bag of oranges and a bag of frozen blueberries in my kitchen. I eat them almost everyday. I also love kiwi. They are so juicy, and they satisfy my raging sweet tooth almost as good as chocolate. Plus, they're very fuzzy and cute!

I don't eat fruits every day, but I do partake of them several times a week. I especially love fresh, crisp watermelons and pineapple. I usually grab a pre-chopped fruit medley a few times a week from the grocery store. It makes for great and easy snacks, and it curbs my cravings for other types of sweets. Also, I have read that bananas have a lot of great health benefits, so I try to eat one of those a day at least.

I eat fruits as much and often as I possibly can. I simply love to indulge and sometimes I would go for a fruit rather than some heavy breakfast or lunch for that matter. I think it's ingrown in me from my parents so I'll easily consider fruits as a go to snack or substitute as a meal sometimes believe it or not. I think I eat fruits every other day and if I'm conscious of my fruit supplies, I will make sure that I have fruits to eat everyday. Consequently, I'm not there yet as this requires some discipline and perhaps even a fruit budget that I have yet to provision.

I don't eat fruit every day but I try to keep them in the house for my children to eat. They will eat fruit every day but I have always been more of a veggie person. I will eat more veggies every day than I will fruit. Of course, it depends on what fruits are in season too. I love strawberries and cherries but the best ones are only during a certain time frame. I usually have bananas in the house as I do like to have one around breakfast time or put them in my cereal.

I don't eat fruits every day. I may eat or rather drink fruits in a form of juice. I might also eat canned fruits like pineapples or peaches or applesauce in a jar. But it all depends on who did the grocery shopping and what is in the refrigerator or fruit containers at our house. If there is no fruit, I don't eat fruit.

I love fruits enough to eat them every day if I wanted, but I generally only eat them sometimes. On any given day, I like to have bananas or apples ready to take to work with me. They're easy to just take along and eat in the car. Not to mention apples are incredibly refreshing to eat!

I adore fruits and I try to have them on daily basis. Though some of them are pretty expensive. The price is the only thing which prevents me eating fruits as much as I want.I wish they would be more affordable.

Yes, I love to eat fruits and I would eat one or two everyday. Although some fruits are expensive, I choose the less expensive ones so I can always have a fruit or two everyday. Usually, I have medium sized Fuji apple in the refrigerator of our office. That's because I would eat one during lunch break since I have already eaten lunch early on during our snack time. In the evening, after dinner, we always have the banana as dessert. We also would sometimes buy a pineapple, especially during summer time. We also eat mangoes, but the local ones would be often and sometimes the expensive variety.

Eating fruits often are great for health. You can have them as healthy snacks instead of having chips or stuff like that. As well, they have natural sugar which is way better than the processed one. One of the greatest things is that fruits, are very versatile, can be eaten raw as they come, on juice or cakes. We all should have at least one small portion every day.

I eat fruits 4 times a week. It's healthy for the body and I recommended everyone to eat fruits. My favorite fruit is the apple. Other fruits that I usually eat are banana, grapes, pear and pineapple.

I don't like to eat fruits at all. There is no fruit except for mangoes which I relish eating. As far as a mangoes are concerned I can eat them innumerable times per day. But it is a seasonal fruit which is available only for 3 months in a year. So for the rest of the year I'm a non fruit eating person. Though I grab an apple sometimes but I don't like it a lot.

I been a vegan since 2011, and fruit is a daily food in this household, both the adults and kids enjoy fruit, we can't get enough, especially in the summer, there is nothing better that a watermelon on a hot summer day, plus I live in Florida with fruit trees in my back yard.

I try to eat fruit every day. I enjoy fresh fruit, so that makes it easy to do. I might miss a day occasionally, but most days I have at least some. If I can't get fresh, I do fresh-frozen with no added sugar. It's just as good to me.

I am aware that you need to eat fruits daily. However, in my country fruits are usually very expensive, so I buy fruits only when they are low prices. Anyway, I'm eating fruit every week.

I eat fruits Everyday because I don't like vegetables so I prefer to get vitamins and All other nutritions I need from fruits and other foods, However I still use Supplements to complete my diet but I get lot of my vitamins in fruits as it's not difficult in my area to get them so I eat fruits daily :-)

There's not a single day where I won't eat at least one piece of fruit. I love it and they're basically one of my favorite snacks; oranges, tangerines, bananas, pineapples and cherries are my favorites, and I always snack on one of these for the day. Of course, I won't say no to any other fruit either!

I think this is a healthy habit everyone should follow, they are the best wait to get fiber and healthy sugars.

I don't eat fruits every day, however, I know the advantages of including fruits in your daily diet. fruits are good for your body because saturated fats in fruits is zero, they are rich with vitamins ans diatery fiber. However, you should know your body before you eat any fruits. If you are diabetic bananas are bad, if you have high blood pressure, pomogranate is bad.

As much as I would love to eat fruits every day, I most certainly fall short of this goal and only end up eating fruits a few times a week at best. I make effort to eat fruit... I buy lovely fruits and bring them home, thinking of all the yummy ways I can eat them, I have a few bites on that first day... then I usually forget about them because I'm not craving the fruit and next thing you know, they've gone bad. My husband grew so frustrated and tired of this cycle that he's currently banned me from purchasing most fruits because neither of us like to waste food. For a while I stalled because my theory was that any fruit that went bad we could add to our compost heap to help the things we are growing in our yard. Unfortunately, it turns out I wasn't much better at starting a compost pile than I am at eating fruits. So, now I stick with only getting minimum fruits or getting ones that last a long time. I hope to someday be better about eating fruits, so I'll keep working at it.

Yes, I eat fruits everyday and it feels weird when I don't. Not only can fruits be a very healthy and filling snack, they are also delicious and they are relatively inexpensive if you buy fruits that are in season (at least where I live). I like eating fruits for breakfast or incorporating them in my breakfast by making smoothies or by adding them to my cereal. Whenever I crave something sweet, I usually eat a fruit since they are the most natural and healthy source of sugar.

For people who cherish a good and healthy diet, the consumption of fruit is something that always has to be present. I always eat fruit every day as a form of dessert or snacks throughout the day and that was one of the best food decisions of my life.

If you still don't stare at fruits in this way... Well, I think you should start trying.

I choose to eat fruits rather than taking processed vitamins to fill the missing nutrients needed by my body. Eating fruits rich in vitamins that helps to boosts our immunity from getting sick. As I proved that processed vitamins have some side effects like drowsiness and affects our liver. So better eat healthy fruits as its natural and organic the benefits that you can get is better than in taking those capsules of vitamins.

I eat fruits every day. I try to make the income of fruits vary daily because sometimes eating the same can get bored. I feel so much energy when I eat fruits, sometimes I just eat some bananas in the morning or in the afternoon. There are days when my mom and I have dinner or eat a whole pineapple, or papaya, or watermelon. I think those are the top fruits we eat every day.

I don't even pay attention to how much fruits I eat. They are for sure healthier than other snacks so even if you eat a lot of them you shouldn't worry. I eat many things made from fruits, like homemade jams, fruit pies and I like drinking real fruit juice. Fruits can be a little bit expensive especially out of season though so that may be a reason people don't eat them as often as they should.

The only time I resort to eating fruits regularly is when I have difficulty in going to toilet, I divert to eating lots of fruits to help soften my stomach in order to allow me defecate well, funny right? But it's the only thing that makes me eat fruits well

I love fruits and I do try to eat them everyday. I eat them at least 4 days out of the week. I also drink smoothies with real fruit which counts as fruit you know.

Honestly, I rarely eat a fruit but I know the benefits that it will give to my body. Clearly, you'll get as much as nutrients that your body needs. But I do mostly drink fruit shake which is so refreshing and tasty to drink in a place like the Philippines which is a tropical country.

I love to eat fruits daily especially now that I'm trying to lose weight. I take my fruit therapy seriously. Fruits just like veggie have so many health benefits and as such if we can eat it every day,then we would have take the minimum amount the body needs to function and cleanse it out free radicals from the body..

Fruits can definitely help a lot in maintaining our health. Recently I read a report that says that according to English research, people who eat fresh fruit every day are less likely to have heart problems or stroke. So this shows the great importance that fruits play in our lives.

I've tried it and it's very difficult because we either run out of fruit sometimes or the fruit goes bad because not enough people are eating it with me. I have tried eating it everyday but it's just a bit more difficult to stock up on fruits. However, I am not giving up and will still continue to try and eat fruits everyday because I know it's the healthier option. I will just make better plans and make better schedules and buying the right amounts.

I like the part that fruits help the body remove the toxins because I had read that in a medical magazine. A Chinese friend also told me that when I have a problem with my digestive system that I have diarrhea or constipation, the best treatment is by eating fruit. Papaya is good for constipation while banana plantain is good for relieving you of the diarrhea symptoms.

I can say that fruits are part of my diet and I really love eating fruits. Sometimes I eat fruits as my snack for the day. My parents always say that we shoumd always eat fruits because it is really good for fighting bad bacteria. Especially apples! I love eating apples. Whenever I got a chance to buy some apple, I would really go into it.
