Getting traffic from social media

Getting traffic from social media
When you make a blog then first thing comes to mind that how to gain traffic. There are several ways to gain traffic but if you want to get targeted traffic with relevant audience then social media website should be your first preference. You can get traffic from social media by sharing your blog or website links. You can share your link on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

If you know any other way to get traffic from social media then please share it.

In the olden days when there was no social media yet, the best means of getting traffic to your site is the email. I know of a small company that specialized in emailing. It's not an ordinary spam email but something different. Anyway, in this age of social media, that is more potent than email because there is a sort of personal touch since social media have the so called friends and followers. And it wouldn't matter if you don't really know your followers personally but with the frequent interaction with them, it is like knowing them personally. So if you have thousands of friends or followers in the social media, that is best to be cultivated for legitimate traffic to your site. Some bloggers I know are capitalizing on their social media connections.

All I know of are SEOs where there's constant traffic to capitalize on the exposure of what you want to advertise.

Most people who try to get traffic from social media go about in the complete way, you won’t get any traffic by just spamming your website link. In order to get traffic you need to interact with the community and build up a fan base. I hope this helps you in getting traffic to your website :)

This has been my headache for now 3 months. I have a Facebook group with over 400k members. But it has been hard to get the traffic from Facebook to my Xenforo forum called biztalkenya biztalk.Co. ke.

Sharing your link on social media is not enough at all. You need to speak to the community and convince them to come on board. Making them discuss the same way they have been discussing on Facebook is another hard hustle.

What I do nowadas is to look at the discussions on Facebook and write an article or possibly about the discussion. Then encouraging members to contribute on the discussion. That way you will get a few interested memyers coming on board.

Also, they have to look at you as an authority in that sector. Or else, you will need to look for someone who is already an authority in that niche.

All in all, it's not easy to get the traffic from social media.

sure social media this include Facebook, twitter, MySpace, google+, whatsapp, Instagram ...etc more are a good way to increase traffic to your website or blog, I think if I would start a website I would start by creating for example a Facebook page where i create contents from that niche, then later after generating some traffic I would start my website from there that helps not to start from zero however you can do the same if you already have a website you can still use social media to increase traffics after all they are never enough we always want more and more, it's an easy and cheap way to advertise.

Putting up your website link on your social media page will hardly give great result. The social media page must be designed for that task in term of contents and building up followers around such design. This will make any post or link related to the design natural and with that followers will be eager to know what it's about or even to no more.

I guess that Facebook and Twitter are the most important social media sites where we can advertise our business. You can try to create ad campaigns on sites as FANDEALER or Fanslave. These two sites can boost the traffic on your site or blog, but the inconvenient is that you must buy the ad campaigns, it is not for free! Other social sites where you can advertise are Tumblr, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.

Social medias are the best ways to generate traffic to your blogs and websites. However, you will have to spread out instead of focusing on handful of social media sites. For example, never concentrate on facebook and twitter even though these are mighty sites, go to Instagram, Pinterest, Google +, LinkedIn as well. After social media sites, another good way to generate traffic is through newsletters. If you manage to get good number of subscribers, you can generate regular traffic.

Facebook has really helped me to get traffic to my blog. I actually created a Facebook page which my friends shared with others on Facebook. My friends really helped me in this aspect. Apart from Facebook they also requested other people that they now to visit my blog. I think the content of the blog also matters. If it something interesting and the articles have been well written then you will definitely get some visitors.

The thing about people on Facebook is that, they don't really like to click on links that lead outside of Facebook especially when using a mobile device. That's because clicking a link on Facebook on a mobile device would open up another app and go out of Facebook. Facebook makes it pretty annoying to click on links in order to promote more time to stay on the Facebook app.

But there is a way in order to get clicks to your links via social media. The key is to name controversial and click bait titles. I see a lot of people doing this and it's very effective. People on social media love controversial things so you need to sensationalize your titles. Even try using a fake title. It will get your clicks immediately.

I think the best way is to interact with like minded people. Offer interesting topics that will solved their problems and help their needs to find what they are looking for. Its hard at first but in time you'll be building up a number of audience that will going to be your prospects in the future.

It's tougher than you think. Well, for one thing, on Facebook, only 3 percent of users will see your post. In that case, you have to pay more to be seen more. Nonetheless, the price for boosting is a lot less than what you see in other quality types of advertising.

I think boosting post is also a great way, it goes far and wide than the normal free way of posting on social media, but one has to be careful with this method especially if one is using AdSense network on the site or blog,it might not go down well, since Adsense work more with organic traffic.

There are proven and guaranteed ways to earn massive traffic from social media. These are in two major parts, the free way and paid way. You can earn tons of traffic from all social media platforms free, but that wouldn't be as effective as it would be with the paid way. For instance, on Facebook, you are going to drive tons of real and targeted traffic from Facebook Ads if you can afford the payment. You simply buy Facebook Ads with packages. Your ads will be boosted on the pages of many users and you get backlinks.

I used to run a small blog a few months ago. Tried out social networking but it didn't help me much to get traffic. In my opinion, back linking is way more efficient at getting you some traffic. It can be paid or organic also

Social media has been the best place to generate and drive traffic, with over 2 billion people alone on Facebook one is likely to generate a lot of traffic from different social media platform like Twitter, instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.

Social network traffic is still a great strategy. However, I'd rather not bet all my coins just on this strategy. Facebook, for example, has drastically reduced the reach of free posts and that's a big problem for anyone who wants to promote their sites. I'd rather bet on an SEO strategy as well.
