I vote Google

Bing is relatively new when compared to Google. So, it still has quite a number of shortcomings. I have used Bing, its nice, but not as nice and efficacious as Google search engine. For example, Google is way faster.

Google proffers the most relevant search results you could possibly get according to the keywords you insert. Due to the enormous traffic this search engine gets, the competition among site owners who use it (Google) is fierce.

So, rest assured you'll get good content in the top 5 result sites Google gives you.

I'm the ultimate Google Fan

I work as an SEO. Google is part of my job! So it only makes sense I would choose Google over Bing, even though ranking a website for Bing is far easier than ranking it for Google.

SEO is basically the same rather you do it for Google or for Bing, but I always had more success on Bing in a shorter time frame. Of course, the traffic you get doesn't compare with the one you are getting from Google but for US based clients where Bing is more popular (compared with the rest of the world), ranking on Bing is still a big deal.

Ultimately if I didn't have this job, as an SEO I wouldn't have used either Bing or Google. On a personal level, I prefer duckduckgo.com.

Google has more options

I use scholar.google which is ideal for academics and research, therefore it has the edge on Bing. As much as I dislike the tracking on google, there are more results and data.

As long as you ignore the ads and look past the first couple of pages you will find more accurate searches for your keywords.

Wow, somebody uses Bing?

Aside from the rewards program that Bing offers (which is only applicable for those who live in the United States), I can't think of any other reason to use Bing. Google is the king of search engines that it has become synonymous with the word search. Google is lightweight and provides results in a flash.

I tried to use Bing before but I was disappointed with the interface. Google does it better and it's not even close. If you want a rewards program, then use Google adsense. Haha!

The best!

This is probably one of the easiest choices of my life, GOOGLE forever! Google is the master of all search engines. It is the most popular for a reason. It is hands down, the best option and why would you choose not to use it?

I have never really liked Bing search engine. Before Google came along I preferred using Yahoo one.

But ever since Google was ''born'', I have stuck with it nonstop. It is extremely fast, no bugs, very accurate, and it gives you tons of good results. You can't beat it.

Google Wins Even WIthout Rewards

I've used both and I find that Google is more effective. It's faster and it provides better results. Bing is fine, but not necessarily as good as Google. It doesn't hit up as many results and the results that it comes back with aren't as useful. The only good thing about Bing is really Bing Rewards and that is, unfortunately, not available to international users.

No Bing rewards here

Well, I think I would use Bing if it I was able to receive rewards... But they are not avalaible where I live so I don't see the point! I stick with Google, it never failed me and it works perfectly fine! Plus, the Google account is extremely useful since I can have everything in just one place, and login with a simple click without having to register every time.

Google

I use Google Chrome as my browser so naturally I use Google as my search engine. I just find Google to be the most convenient search engine and I've been using Google for ages so I don't think I'll switch to another search engine anytime soon. I used Bing once because the laptop I was using had Bing set as the default search engine and I didn't like it at all. I also don't know anyone who uses Bing aside from that one person who didn't know how to change their default search engine.

Google is still unbeatable, despite the competition! However, the responsible team must always keep working on the innovations to always ensure the best - and more accurate - results.

The users are getting more and more demanding and the companies need to always keep up with customers' needs.

Just google it!

Nowadays, "google"has become another name for search. When we want to search something, especially the younger generation, we might just say "Let's google it!" My neighbor told me, her 7 year old daughter asked her something and she didn't know how to answer, and the girl just asked her to go google it.

So, I think Google has generated a brand name for Search Engine, though it's not the first search engine ever exists.

Definitely Google is the best search engine on the internet, as they have a more advanced algorithm. Bing is still walking in slow steps, but one day it may be as good as Google provided Microsoft invests in it.

I prefer to use Google search engine because it is easier to find my answer by typing in the keywords. I had tried using Bing but it is not user friendly and a bit slower .

Google is faster in searching related keywords in just seconds. I had been using Google search engine for a long time and used to it already.

I don't know why people would choose any other search engines for that matter unless they're trying to hide something. Google has been very useful for casual searches, and even for work. They give you a lot of tools to work on and they offer you fast and mostly accurate results. Aside from that, Google is also the largest search engine available right now.

Google Yep!

While Microsoft's Bing is a marked upgrade to previous Microsoft search engines, they still have a few issues to unravel before Bing can become as optimized as Google Chrome. It's still quite heavy in maneuvering the search engine when searching from one topic to the next compared to Google chrome. I just can't help to feel that Microsoft presumes what it's patrons prefer as opposed to Google's leaning algorithms that seemingly try to be less invasive. Microsoft has a slightly tainted reputation of forcefully applying updates and changes without the seamless transfer of knowledge to it's patrons. With Chrome, there is more transparency and less wait time. It gives me the more speaking words into action feeling and that's priceless!

Do No Evil...Sort-Of

Google wins out for me. I am not putting this forth as absolute fact, but my personal experiences with Bing are that every single user behavior within the search engine is designed to bring you back to a Microsoft product. Their results are incredibly biased which is not something a search engine should strive for. I don't believe Google is without its biases, but their search engine IS their product, so I do trust the results are closer to neutral than Bing's. Furthermore, Google does ...sometimes...do the right thing for the industries they work in, and for the people who patron those industries. Microsoft doesn't have an altruistic bone in its body.

Google!

I believe in Google. Firstly it is the most understandable and the easiest to use. It brings up just enough advertisements and shows me exactly what I wanted and searched for. I cannot say the same for Bing. I have been using Google for years, and change comes easily to me. I've tried all of them, including Yahoo search. Bing just doesn't work for me. It's just as fast as Google and provides nearly the same results as Google. Why do I choose Bing over Google then? Bing rewards you for using them. I've earned over $50 in gift cards just for searching with Bing with another $20 worth of points ready to be redeemed. Sorry but I'm not gonna pass up free money when Bing does good enough as a basic search engine. Although I have to admit there's some features on Google that I wish Bing would add. To me, the search engine doesn't really matter because I am not a professional searcher, meaning my searches are mostly for personal use only. Next month we have a trip to Indonesia so one of these days I would be searching for a hotel. But I admit that I am using google more often than not because our home desktop's browser is Google Chrome which is kind of automatic when I need to search. In fairness, Google is quick and sensible with the list of its search. But again, I can use other search engines if needed.
