Naked Juice Tastes Good

I think because they do taste better than real fruits and vegetables, they encourage you more to drink it. I think that is a huge factor in convincing people to drink healthy. Also, I would like to believe the nutrition contents of it so as long as you get the same nutrition, then why not?

You can't get the same nutritional value from juice as you can from fruit/vegetables. You are removing the fiber and digestive compounds. Juices often supplement additives and excess sugar to make the flavor better. It seems logical in theory, but it's always better to check with a nutritionist than make assumptions about our diets since we live in a very confusing time for facts. Companies exist to make money, not make us healthy.

Homemade green drinks are best !

I like the idea of a green smoothie, and the blending of greens with fruits is a great way to get your necessary amount of green and fiber; but I think that it is far better to make your own green smoothies from fresh, ripe ingredients than it is to buy processed drink mixes at the store. Anything that is made in mass quantities, and designed for a shelf life , is just not going to be as healthy for a person as something that was freshly made in your own blender.

Simple food

If you're eating enough fresh foods and getting the vitamins straight from the veggies, that's great, but I think the availability of junk food is too high. People just don't eat the way they should. At least with naked there's an easy liquid way to get some of the nutrition from fruit and vegetables. If I am foraging at a convenience store for something resembling a meal, a naked juice for fruit and veggies and some nuts or jerky for protein is pretty balanced. It's not perfect but it's a lot better than the alternative of a bottled cola and a bag of chips or a sad looking apple.

The reason I support Green Machine Juice is because it contains mixture of various fruits. I can get everything all in one, more so it sweeter and taste much better. Although the argument against Green Machine Juice juice is on the health aspect. This product is more convenient and easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. It's hard to find quality fruit in my neighborhood and I don't want to travel the city looking for fresh fruit. A fruit drink like this is much easier to find.

These tasty mouth watering bottled juice is worth drinking everyday. I'm not saying regular food is not better, but these juices are created so that people on the run can still have all those healthy benefits in just one sitting for just little time. It's super convenient to carry around also and it is I think a little cheaper to buy than buying a whole lots of food with same health benefits. If you are in a hurry, this one is for you! You don't even have to chew your fruits just gulp it at once and voila! The nutrients and vitamins are still there if that is your concern, the only difference is this way is more convenience and not time consuming.

The natural way!

In my opinion, nothing beats fresh fruits and vegetables. I'm not diabetic or someone who struggles with obesity. However, I still promote a healthy lifestyle of dietary principles. One of which including having a healthy amount of fruits and veg. I'll even buy my own fruits and make a smoothie with my blender at home. It may take a little more work and creativity, but I least I know what I'm getting in my drink. No added flavorings, coloring, etc.

I am all for fresh fruits and vegetables. Whether you decide to eat it raw or blended. There is just something pure and fresh having this option available to you. Especially if you have a young growing family. When my babies were a few months, I started making my own baby food mainly from rice cereal and fresh vegetables. I would blend and mash and mix. It turned out perfectly well:)

The best way!!

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is always so much better than any kind of brand of juice because, when you eat fruits or vegetables, you just eat one or a few of them and always in natural state, instead, the brands of juice use more than one fruit or vegetable product and any kind of additives to make their product more delicious and addictive and, that kind of additives are bad for health if the person consumes it every day at any time.

I believe freshly squeeze or chopped fruits and vegetables are way better than setting for a machine to do it for you. I mean, where is the art of enjoying and experimenting to achieve a great and nutritional meal. People nowadays are very lazy and so dependent with machines instead of enjoying the old and classic ways. Though, i understand its convenience but sometimes we forgot that everything on the earth is better if we do it naturally than adding a problem to mother earth. With, all due respect to everyone. love my veggies!

While I do admittedly like the Naked brand juices, for general health it's important to eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Juices will do in a pinch to get some nutrients, but your body also benefits from the digestion required of whole fruits and vegetables. I love eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. There are so many different flavors and textures. I never get bored of veggies and my body craves their nutrients.

There a huge variety from which to choose. I can also be assured that there aren't any preservatives, additives, added sugar, salt, etc.

They are healthy and delicious. They are probably cheaper (by volume) than the juice drinks. Drinks aren't as satisfying as a whole piece of fruit either.

The best!

This isn't even a competition for me. My vote will always go to the fruits and vegetables.

I absolutely love both. As a child, I hated eating certain vegetable like cauliflower... Or actually anything too green but now I find it delicious. I always make sure to integrate fresh vegetable into my meals. They add great flavor plus are extremely healthy.

And fruit... I have always enjoyed eating it. There isn't a single fruit that I could say that I hate. I eat different sorts of fruit every day for dinner. Anything from apples, bananas, berries, pineapples, kiwis, and more.

Canned juices have preservatives in them. Whatever is made at home can be trusted. It can be had instantly as soon as the juice is ready. One can choose what type of fruits and vegetable would suit the individuals.

Fruits are packed with nutritional value. Saying too much is bad for the bad is a false statement. I've been vegan since 2011, and me and my children are perfectly healthy and we eat fruit everyday of the week, natural sugar in fruits dose not cause the sugar levels in your body to spike that refined sugars. Fruits are also mostly water between 75 and 90% which is another health benefit.

Although Green Machine juices are convenient for when you're on the go and don't have time to prepare a smoothie, if I had the time I would definitely prefer to make my own smoothie with fresh fruits and vegetables. You never know what prepackaged smoothies contain, such as preservatives and added sugar, and in my opinion, natural smoothies still taste the best and are the best for you.

No doubt I prefer natural products instead of industrialized products. So my choice is simply the natural juice. Natural bottled juices often contain preservatives and unnecessary sugar, making our health very bad. For me, there is nothing better than hitting some fruit in the blender and taking a good glass of natural cold juice.

I've never been a fan of those green juices. Call me crazy, but I prefer to chew my food and enjoy all the flavors. I realize you may get more in by juicing, but I rather enjoy it and compromise having a little bit less than gagging to try to get one of those juices down.

Fresh fruits and vegetables always.

Two years ago I invested in a good juicer, and I have not looked back since. Making juice has pretty much turned into a hobby for me, and I will always love freshly made juice more than the pre-bottled stuff. When you make juice at home, you know exactly what is going into it and have full control over factors such as calories, sugar content, and nutrition. Not to mention that if you consistently make fresh juice there is no need for preservatives. On the other hand, pre-bottled juices are just giving you the illusion of drinking healthy. They're packed with sugar because without it, people would not drink it as much. Not to mention the addition of preservatives since they can't have a product that only lasts 3-5 days.

A vote for fresh vegetables, a no for fruits

I started this eating lifestyle just before Christmas that helped me shed quite a few kgs. It's a low carb, high fat eating lifestyle. We also don't eat sugar, so because mosts fruits are very high in sugar, we don't eat much of those. By extension, that means no fruit juice or smoothies. If I had to go there, then it would have to be vegetable juice and smoothies, freshly made at home :)

I opt for this one

I often make fresh fruit juices at home and everyone likes them. This is something quite easy to make and don't have that much calories as the Green Machine juice which means that it is safer to have fresh fruits or vegetables juices. The problem with those store bought drinks are that they contain flavorings and preservatives tat times which means that they are not healthy.

Yes, everything in excess can be damaging, but the key is in the portions: Eat small portions of fruits and vegetables everyday and you'll get health benefits that the machine juices will never provide to you. Fiber is key in a good diet and to prevent constipation, after all!

Fresh Fruits are better, that's the 'Naked Truth!'

Nothing compares to fresh fruits and vegetables. I've tried several fruit juices and they are good but the natural way from the earth has this unique balance that just benefits the body in the adequate proportions that cannot be simulated by juices. Also the roughage and the cleaning properties that eating an apple or pear does to your teeth cannot be simulated by fruit juices. I would go for a fresh fruit anyday over some fruit juice that has been preserved to establish extended shelf life plus I'm quite certain that the cost factor is somewhat higher for these juices.

Juice Is Not The Same As Fruits n' Veggies

People often gloss over the fact that juices contain a lot of sugar without really examining what that means. Removal of the pulp means removal of the fiber content of the vegetable and the reason this is important is because said fiber slows down absorption of sugars in your intestines. When you get these sugars from fruits and vegetables the fructose is not getting into your system in the same amounts that it will from juice which has no fiber and is sugar-enriched well beyond what even the sweetest of fruits will contain naturally.

Juice may contain a lot of vitamins, but that's not particularly useful when you're raising your risk for insulin resistance and packing on the calories.

Fresh fruit all the way

If you are going to eat fruits, you should go with the fresh kind. Processed kind(those are juiced for example) have a lot of chemicals added in it to further preserver it's life. While with fruits in the other hand, you know you'll be consuming it within the day so you should get fresh fruits and vegetables. The processed kind are also somewhat ineffective when compared to it's natural counterparts.

Fresh Is Best

I would say that whenever you can get the fresh fruits and vegetables then that is your best bet. I know that drinks and smoothies are more convenient, but the texture of the fruit or vegetable while you eat it is the best. I like to crunch into a stalk of celery or a nice red apple and enjoy chewing them so that I can really savor the flavors. I am a big fan of smoothies and juices, but having the fruits and vegetables around the house, since I do have a blender and juicer, gives me more options for consumption.

Of course, the fresher!

Fresh fruits and vegetables is way better than green machine. No doubt, they offer more nutrients and don't have harmful additives that processed juice nowadays have. Though more juices are claiming that they are still natural, by looking at the ingredients, you will still see that there are some additives or worst, they are made of harmful ingredients without fruits and vegetables at all. Of course, they are processed and have to be preserved for a longer time that's why some unnatural ingredients are mixed. But to make things clear, not all green machine juices are bad. Consuming them occasionally is acceptable. But consumers should be wise enough to determine the good from bad processed juices. We all know that too much of something is always bad or harmful. So we should always limit our intake of everything we consume. In the end, it is still better to pick organic, fresh fruits and vegetables over processed ones.

There's no doubt I will choose natural fresh fruits and vegetables on my daily consumptions. I believe natural veggies and fruits are better way for our body more than package juice. I don't know if the package juice adds the ingredients that are not good for our body. We don't know what kind of chemicals that used as preservatives in this package juice. Real is Real

I agree with most of the people who voted for the real juices as tetra packet juices contain alot more sugar which is always going to harm the consumer in one way or another.. if you dont believe me just consume 1 glass of fresh orange juice and check your sugar level than next day in the morning just drink up some Packed juice and check the spike you would get in your sugar level . Fresh Freshness.

This versus is not even close. Fresh fruits and especially those that you can get yourself from your own personal garden are the best, they are the healthiest ones not filled with countless amounts of GMO's and so on. Of course having bottled juice can be more convenient, but we're living in 2017 and it isn't really that hard to create juice out of your own fruits with a blender, you can even combine it with all kinds of other stuff like honey and milk, which could work great as a meal itself.

It is unfortunate that this conversation exists, but it is a hotter item now than ever before. Since juices/cleanses/energy boosts offer a quick solution to what our doctors have told us forever, it seems like a quick health fix. Unfortunately the opposite is happening, by juicing our fruits and vegetables, we're losing a lot of the nutritional value that came with it (fiber). By only drinking the juice, we're adding 100% of the sugar content, with hardly any digestive compounds that allow us to absorb the great vitamins in fruits and vegetables.

Don't fall into fads, check with a nutritionist before replacing good old fashioned fruits and veggies with juices.

Natural remedy!

For me it's best to choose fresh fruits and vegetables. It may take some times to have one but it's worth it. Also there are no mix ingredients that may harm directly or even indirectly your body. It's the best way for me and I enjoy making blended fresh fruits and vegetables.

It's so important to eat unprocessed foods, even if it's something as seemingly healthy as Naked juice! No matter what, the processes of packaging and ensuring that it stays fresh in the bottle requires more human manipulation than necessary. more fun

I've tasted fruit and vegetable juices before, and while they do taste good, I still prefer actually eating the vegetables. Half the appeal of vegetables to me is the texture, and juices can't really offer that. Plus, they usually have to add some things to make the juice sweet or just taste better. Also, I think you get hungry a little slower when you eat the vegetables with all the fibers intact as opposed to when you break them down into juice or liquid form.

I know to much vegetables is not risky. I can moderate on the intake of fruits but vegetables come in variety and I won't have difficulties maintaining my diet. I can literally chew on anything so I would prefer to eat than consume smoothies.

I love the taste of fresh fruit as it contains the most vitamins and minerals. The good stuff is preserved because it's untouched. Consuming it directly is the best way to absorb its key nutrients.

When on the go, a healthier alternative would be to resort to drinks like Naked (Green Juice) or other selections from the brand compared to grabbing a soda or energy drink. If there is time to make our own drinks naturally, of course that is best and beneficial for our health.

I don't recognize Green Machine Juice brand. I do know about some juice brands such as Tropicanna, however, I am not in favor of using packaged juice. I don't think these packaged juice have any nutritious value. I like to juice my fruits and vegetables myself. It is not only tasty but also very healthy. When you juice your fruits and vegetables, you know what you are putting into your body, however, you don't know what kind of chemicals are used as preservatives in the packaged juice.

The real thing is always best especially when it comes to food. Who knows what is really in that stuff? I don't trust anything like that unless I make it myself at home. It's high in calories and has no fiber, and full of sugar, this doesn't sound healthy at all to me. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, you know what you're eating and it tastes good. You can pick and choose what you like and what you don't. This is a no-brainer, fresh ingredients.

I equally heard about the green machine juice as the juice brand that truly tastes good, is easy to get and has a fruit combination of healthy and nutritive meals. It has all the pleasure you're going to enjoy, but has a lot of negative side effects. Common side effects include Cancer of the lungs, cancer of the breasts, cancer of the liver and lots more. Life is too short to risk it with unnecessary pleasure derived in taking the kinds of preserved meals, or fruits that will react against our health.

I am not a health buff although I care for my health, of course. When it comes to vitamins and supplements, my recourse is the real thing. If I can eat fresh fruits and vegetables then that is the best instead of anything that is processed. Natural food is nature's gift to us and that's the best source of vitamins . And even if fresh fruits and vegetables are more expensive, it is worth the cost.

The Green Machine Juice is something that I would definitely stay away from even if I didn't have fruits or vegetables. Who knows what's in that? It just sounds and looks wrong. I don't trust products like this, they can put anything on that label, doesn't mean it's in there. The less stuff like this you put in your body, the better. Always go with natural things especially when it comes to what you put in your body.

I always prefer natural and vegetables. Packed juices are nothing but an concentrated solution of excess unwanted artificial sugar and preservatives. In addition to it they lack the essential fibre content of natural fruits.

There are many like me who do not like the taste of packed juices as well. Moreover allergies to preservatives that are used in them are also not unknown.

I don't especially like any type of processed packaged food. I mean the market for fresh vegetables and meat is just a stone throw away from house. The items are cheap. Why opt for some processed food

I believe in eating naturally so I am inclined to choose fresh fruits and vegetables most of the time. However, I cannot discount that the green machine juice does offer some way for us to get our nutrients on the go. I would say I can take both but depending on the situation. It is cheaper to purchase fresh produce too.

I would definitely admit that the Green Machine juice definitely taste better than fresh fruits and veggies but is certainly not the healthiest. It's loaded with a ton of sugar. I'll take the fresh fruits and veggies over the green juice mainly because it's more healthier.

l prefer veggie and fruits in their natural form, it more healthy and filling than machine juice though tasty but are loaded with calories and sugar.

Machine juice has expiring date that might get bad before then and it preparation might not be so hygienic. The natural veggie and fruits are loaded with nutritious values and are quite healthy for one's health.

if you need to get more nutrition in a fast way go for green machine juice because they simple have the pure nutrients that a person need. But if you want to just maintain your healthy life style i will prefer fresh fruits and vegetables.

Fresh fruit and vegetable is still more better than green-machine juice. In fresh fruit vegetables the nutrients are still 100% intact to help nourish the body easily without any addition of any chemicals. In green-machine juice the nutrients are not 100% intact since the fruits have now been added with chemicals for preservation.

I will definitely go for fresh and raw fruits, rather than relying on some suspicious dry mixture in the plastic bottle. Who knows what is there inside besides healthy compounds. Perhaps some synthetic substitutes. I am in all natural way of living. Other important things are chewing experience and essentia fibre which can be found only in raw fruits and veggies. You cannot extract only one thing from the plant, as every part of it is extremely healthy.Even peels are not for wasting.

I prefer fresh vegetables and fruits. As it's name goes fresh fruits and vegetables, the freshness of those two commodity is what makes it unique from the preserved can counterpart.

It's more healthy to eat fresh fruit and vegetables because it would prevent one from consuming the preservatives used in the can products. The only problem with fresh fruits and vegetables is that they tend to spoil easily especially if there is excessive heat and as such would create loss for the user.

I prefer fresh fruits and vegetables than machine fruits and vegetables. Because fresh offers more vitamins inside than the process one the machine fruits already have preservatives not like fresh that full of nutrients. So I go for fresh fruits and vegetables that's what I eat since I was a kid until now.

I like fresh fruits and vegetables than juices preserved in bottle because fresh fruits has more nutrients than fruits and vegetables that are preserved in a bottle in the form of a juice. Those juices that are put in a bottle has preservatives or has higher content of sugar to keep them longer which is not healthy in our body because it can cause spike in sugar among people who consume them on a regular basis

I think fresh frutis and vegeatales because they have not been processed at all. They are, as the name implies, fresh so nothing else has to be done to them. They are perfect as they are. I like the taste of these vegetables and think they are the best in every way. I have no use for other kinds of vegetables. Fresh is best if you ask me. Although, I drink juice if I am thirsty.

I am with natural fruits and vegetables. Anyday I prefer food or drink that I have cooked myself. This is because I know what I have put in it. I like to eat healthily. As much as possible I avoid sugar. When I make my own juice at home I don't put sugar. I also can choose what ingredients to mix, depending on what vitamins I need to get and what mood I am in. I have been praised for being very creative and creating juices out of ingredients that people wouldn't ordinarily think to mix.

I don't trust bottled fruit juices all that much. Not that all brands are equal, but moreover, I just don't find blending your own fruit juice to be that much work to warrant needing the convenience. Perhaps, once in a while, if I'm at a convenience store, it would be healthier to pick that over a soda if I were needing a refreshment, and for that I surely would be grateful that I had that option, but otherwise, I would just blend the fruits at home. I would probably just make a big batch and put them into bottles so I'd pretty much have the same effect for less money and with ingredients I could be more sure of in terms of freshness.

I prefer the fresh fruits and vegetables to the green machine juices, though I do drink green machine juices too. One major fact is that fresh fruits and vegetables which were naturally planted without adding fertilizer are great for repairing worn out or damaged tissues, healing serious wounds and improving overall health, whereas there's no nutrient in the green machine juices except sugar.

This Green machine juice looks more like a supplement to me, this Green Machine Juice have a lot of precautions to it, I guess that's why it is not good for some people with some health challenge. I enjoy Green Machine fruits to some extent, it have this refreshing after taste that keeps you feeling cool while you take it, the only challenge I have with it is having and not knowing how to store it because they become spoilt at some point.

I prefer fresh fruits of course to this, I only took Green Machine Juice because my aunty who travels abroad got them, I wasn't pleasant with the taste at first, but I had to get use to it when she threatened to get rid of all fruits from our presence if we didn't finish it all. Fresh fruits compared to Green Machine Juice are much more healthier and fresher, I still prefer normal vegetables to it.

Fresh fruits and vegetables has my vote on this contest. I'll go for it anytime anyday, not jusy because it has a lot of varieties in it but also because it's going to be a better diet supplement in comparison to it's contender. Fresh fruita and vegetables are a rich source of minerals and vitamns. I don't see anything els taking it's position on my list of favorites.

I think some of the machines can be worth using. But I'd choose them wisely. Considering some machines are very slow. And they take more time for fixing. And that's something many of the times it can be harder. So I'd say that mixed fruits are more fun on that regard. I guess we have to test things out.
