High heels

Since I'm not a woman I will give you my man opinion. I like the high heels to a woman because it makes her look special and stylish. With heels, there is a reduced stride, and increased rotation and tilt of the hips. In other words, she struts.

I second that! There are few things more elegant, stylish (And sexy) than a woman in high heels. Makes her look confident and sure of herself. And there is nothing more important than confidence!

Heels are sexy

Of course high heels makes one look so elegant and classy. Personally I love women on heels, they appear so lovely, cool and sexy all at the same time. As much as it's painful to stand on high heel all day, I simply don't mind putting my lady in such predicament.

High heels are very attractive if you have a good fashion sense. The combination of dressing with high heels is what makes it very paramount that ones appearance is hardly unnoticed. It propels one from her current stage of low class to a higher one.

Appearance is gold and diamond which is why I don't take it lightly with women on high heels. They understand the value and benefits of looking good and exquisite which is why they could go a whole day and still not be tired of watching such lady walk.

Flat shoes wins

I have tried to learn how to wear heels but didn't get through. The best I could do was block heels. The long point thing just wasn't made for my feet. Even if I tried to wear for a couple of hours, I would have such pain in my calves for the whole day. So I prefer flat shoes and have more flats shoes.

Flats please

Of course I am male but from self survey, I'd like to see a nice looking last on flats than having heels on. I just think heels cause some discomfort though, look nice too. Also, flats go with just any kind of dress so it's cross-platform. Lol. Honestly speaking, flat shoes on a woman or overall sporty dressing appeals to me.

I like my flats

I have many high heels, but they aren't practical these days and flats are. I only wear heels with certain outfits and if I don't have far to walk. They are limo shoes.

I can wear heeled boots though because the foot is supported more, and makes walking easier.

Comfort first

I loved high heels when I was young, and I wore them all the time. I still love the way they look, but with my back, there is just no way. I can wear a modest heel for a short period of time, but there is no way I could wear stiletto heels these days. Some of the shoes look gorgeous, but they just won't work for me.

Flat soles (not too flat.. I need arch support) are far more comfortable and better for my health. So, put me down for comfort first.

Flat shoes any time of the day! I have never been a fan of high heels because I'm already quite tall for a female so wearing them makes me even taller... and I hate it. Besides that heels can get very tiring for my feet.

I much prefer to wear flat shoes. They're ten times more comfortable, easy to wear and I just feel amazing in them.

I only wear heels if it's required to depending on the social situation.

I'm a guy

Though from a males perspective, high heels look very uncomfortable. In some cases, they look like they help a woman's figure. However, despite being fashionable, walking in high heels doesn't look like a fun nor pleasant experience. As a guy, I want my girl to be as comfortable as possible. If she prefers wearing flat sole's, then that's her choice. But if she doesn't mind wearing high heels and wears them well, I support it. The point is, I'm all about fashion that is comfortable and practical. Not something that looks good but is extremely uncomfortable.

I like looking cute but I like being comfortable too, so I choose flats. I don't mind high heels every once in a while if it's a special occasion, but I will probably never get used to them and I have to walk at a very slow pace so it feels debilitating. I know some people can run in high heels but I have no idea how! I am a pretty active person and like walking around a lot so flats are the more practical choice and they don't hurt your feet as much. Wearing heels too often can damage your feet in the long run.

Comfortable Shoes

I love flat shoes because I walk a lot when I am in the shopping mall and dinning out. Wearing high heels are really uncomfortable and kills my heel, aching all over the body by the time I reach home.

Flat shoes are cheaper, comfortable to wear, wide variety and designs, suitable for all occasion and places. Theme park allows flat shoes but not high heels. I don't even wear it for special dinner parties either!

For every day wear, flats are definitely more realistic and comfortable to wear. This is better for our structure, and feet. For special occasions once in a while high heels would be suitable.

Both for different occasions

I love both, to be honest. There are times when I have to do a lot of walking for work, in which case I prefer to wear flat shoes. Or if I'm simply dashing out to the shops, it has to be flats. But there are times when I need to look the part and complete the look with some sort of heel.

However, because I currently don't drive and have to depend on public transport, more often than not, I have to wear flats because I do a lot of walking. Once I buy my own car though, it'll be heels all the way for sure :)

I'm a man

I'm a man and I don't wear these BUT, I do have to say that I prefer my girlfriend wearing flat soles. I'm not short at all, but I am average in global standards (5'7.5). I just like it when I'm able to kiss a girl's forehead without having to lean upwards.

A small heel

I hate wearing high heels but would actually prefer a shoe with a small heel to something that is totally flat. I also try to find shoes with a thick sole as I'm short so I appreciate the extra height.

The last time I wore high heels when I needed to do much walking I ended up with such bad pain in my lower back that I could hardly walk for days afterwards. Now I'll only wear them for very special occasions, and only if I don't have something flatter that goes with what I'm wearing.

Comfortable and Practical

Much as I really like the look that high heels can give to an outfit - they are not something that I wear myself - simply because - apart from comfort and practicality always being a high priority for me when it comes to shoes - as I tend to do a fair amount of walking - as well as a lot of driving and find it virtually impossible to walk long distances or drive safely in high heels - its always flat shoes for me.

Flats are generally better

I believe that style should not compromise comfort. I prefer flats because they offer both style and comfort. They can also be used at most occasion. I myself have a spinal problem and just 1-2 inches of footwear really hurts me. It hurts from my legs to my lower back. Wearing high-heeled shoes can also cause joint problems in the long run because they put more pressure and strain to our joints and muscles. I've also seen some adjustments done on flat shoes. I can now see a lot of flat formal shoes that can be used on events. I am actually able to wear flats in conventions now. The designers are now putting a balance between style and comfort. We can all look classy and stylish without the need to compromise comfort.

I am unequivocally a flat-soled woman. I do not like the discomfort of high heels at all, and I could never get used to them. They just aren't me. I am a short person and could use the height of high heels but I still prefer flat ones. I do love the way they look and wish I could be comfortable in them but it just isn't so. If you can wear high heels and walk with ease in them I say go for it, because they do look great and make women look more feminine.

High heels are way too uncomfortable for me to wear especially if I am going to be on my feet. I will take a flat shoe any day. I am amazed at women who can wear high heels like they do seemingly without any pain or discomfort. However, as cute as some of the high heels are I will stick with my flat soled shoes for comfort.
Posted by morgoodie on 07-16-2017
To be honest I am comfortable with both. For casual daily occasions, I prefer my flat soles moccasins. It is the best option for office, market, evening walks. For some special occasions like cinema, dates, parties I wear my high heels sandals and wedges. They undoubtedly add more charm and femininity to my overall look. Though the height of my heels is never too extreme. Health matters more than looks.
Posted by RosieCheeks on 07-17-2017
I wear both but I prefer flats. I am quite tall. I am taller then my partner so I like to wear flats. If I wear heels I am way over his head and that makes me feel uncomfortable. Flats are more comfortable for me anyway. I also like to go bare foot whenever I get the chance. In the summer when we are camping I rarely wear shoes. If it is a wedding or special event I may wear a small heel because I think they look really classy and dressy for a formal event.

Speaking as a man, I think the high heels are prettier (a woman always looks more beautiful wearing them)... But at the same time, the comfort issue is also very important to them (and that needs to be taken into consideration). So, I have to say that I'm neutral.
Posted by WildSpirit on 07-17-2017
I like both. It depends on my outfit or what I am doing. If I am getting dressed up, I always go for heels. If I am hanging at the house or gong to wok, I usually wear flats.

I wear high heels since I started working in a bank, 34 years ago. Because of that, I get accustomed to wearing it. So much so, that I don't like wearing flat shoes and sandals anymore because I feel so uncomfortable wearing them. Even my casual footwears has to be at least with a heel of one inch. Wearing flats makes me walk so ugly and I don't feel confident walking on it. Now that I am older, I still wear high heels. Though, I now choose those with at least an inch of a square heels though with about a height of 2 inches. At least , that kind of heels is a bit steadier than that of a stilleto.
Posted by SimplyD on 07-24-2017
I have a couple of pair of low heels like maybe two inches, but I have never worn high, high heels in my life. Even though they look great, and make the legs look slim. To me, they wouldn't be worth the pain they offer to look good for a few hours. I would say, "Thanks, but no Thanks."
Posted by kgord on 07-26-2017
There are occasions and attire that call for wearing high heels beyond an inch or two inches. Thankfully, they aren't too many. I would say that wearing high heels makes ladies look sexier but they put a lot of pressure on the leg muscles. I do prefer to wear flat shoes on a regular basis as they're more comfortable and they allow me to move around pretty well without hurting.
Posted by chatbox on 08-14-2017
Yeah those are designed for night time mostly. There are people who work on high heels and that puts a tremendous strain on their feet and calves. Also as female feet admirer I have to say that girls who use high heels tends to have deformed feet. It is sexy though
Posted by Marvadaum on 10-06-2017
I like both high heels and Flat sole's, I usually dress according to the occasion and I always wear high heels despite my height of 6'5" I still like heels and I feel more confidant in them as for flats I like to wear them on shorts or for sports occasion.
Posted by Clara1993 on 08-18-2017
I like women wearing high heels, but not very high, no more than three inches of heels. Flat soles are ok, but women look more attractive in high heels. However, health wise high heels are not very good. Our feet are made for flat soles, if you wear high heels, it will have adverse effect on your ankles, and shin.

I admire those that can comfortably walk on heels but it a no-go area for me,I prefer my flat gives me the comfortability I need.I don't want to ever face head flat because that is what heels do to learners and it might happen to me as well,so I stay put in my flats.
Posted by lovely on 12-14-2017
Flat heels shoe are the best because it makes you fitter and smarter and you cannot sustain injuries with it easily unlike that of high heels shoe.
Posted by babyright on 12-28-2017
This topic makes me realize that I had worn high heels a long time ago. It is not really the flat shoes that I wear now but the standard shoes with 1 inch heel or sometimes 1 and ½ inches. I am most comfortable with that kind of shoes because to be honest, it is difficult to walk fast when I am wearing high heeled shoes. Especially when I am in a hurry in getting to the office, you can imagine my haste when I am wearing high heels.
