Lion
The lion are fearsome and have a mane , they like to hang in groups not like the tiger who prefer to be on there own. As lions like to be in groups often known as prides. Lions are powerful but even tho look big they way less than a tiger.

Lions are even said to be often lazy and will not do anything unless they really need to do something. They actually relay on female lions to go out and bring back pray to the pride.

These Lions are often known to us for been the king of the jungle, Did you know they can be heroic back in 2005 a 12-year-old Ethiopian girl, who was abducted by men trying to force arrange marriage, was found safe a week later being protected by 3 lions. When the police arrived, the cats just sauntered off into the wild as if their job was done. Smart cat.

Pros
They hang in groups called pride , so if was attacked they would have at least abit of help

Cons
They are lazy and often just laze around expecting the females to fetch there food.

Lions

Whereas the tiger is larger than the lion, the lion is more fierce. Lion is more royalty than the tiger. Being a pack animal the lion is able to exact dominion over its territory and thet have huge territories. It is not until you watch a lion's pack that you realise the power it has. A lion is mostly composed of females, the females do most of the heavy lifting: hunting and nurturing whereas the lion is just the protector. He keeps his territory under guard from enemies including other males. A lions mane is definitely its most distinctive feature, it stands out as a crown on a king.

Has to be lion!

There is just something I love about a lion. I love the fact they have a mane, just something about their mane that I really enjoy but I can not put my finger on it. These seem like they would be a lot more friendly as well say if you were to visit them in a zoo, wouldn't like to be too close to one though as I can only imagine what they would get like if they had the chance to attack, would not want to be on the receiving end of a lion attack that is for sure.

I prefer Lion as a king

Hello Have a wonderful day.

I prefer Lion as a jungle king. They are always boss at the hunting level. I have seen a fight between a Lion and a Tiger on National Geography and have seen that Lion has been won. Lion hunts maximum time as a group and they take meat also by group. I think Lion best food is buffalo meat. Sometimes they hunt a buffalo who is out of another buffaloes and spme lions take the buffalo meat for the full night.

Thanks Centurion

King of the jungle....

The lion is considered as the king of the jungle.Lions are very much good looking than tigers.Their mane brings them a look of bravery, pride and leadership.I guess they are much powerful than tigers too...They may look lazy, but when they attack, they are much more fierce and better than tigers. So definitely I'd vote for the lion.

Lion

You know what they say,

King of the Jungle!

All jokes aside, I consider lions to be far more beautiful in stance, prowess, and power. They are deadly in one side of the spectrum, but graceful and majestic on another.

The king

My vote goes to the lion. I'd hate to make either one upset though. Both are absolutely glorious animals and would make me die from fear if I'd face them.

I really love the tiger's colors but the lion is the king of the jungle. Every time I see one, it still reminds me of the Lion King (animated movie). Just look at it. It carries itself with such pride, it's really interesting to watch.

Also, my mother is a Leo by horoscope so it seems like the best vote.

Tiger
The average tiger can run up to the speeds of 49 – 65 km/h they also have black stripes and weigh more . The tiger is also soon as an apex predator meaning there residing at the top of the food chain. The tiger also prefers to be alone they stroll around whilst using predator skills the tiger prefers to be on it's own.

Tigers are the fastest then lions but according to studies weigh more so you would think that would slow them down but it doesn't. The tiger is said to be capable of killing animals of twice it's size and also is one one natures feared creatures. It also relies on its teeth , if these was to be damaged through injury or old age then the tiger would end up starving to death as this is one of the tigers main features and used for predator skills.

Pros
They are faster and stronger tigers are good at swimming

Cons
They hang around by them self's , even tho strong animals they could easlily be ambushed.

Tiger is the Best !

Well, both Tiger and Lion are very powerful cats. But I think Tiger is better then Lion. If a Lion and Tiger will fight then I think Tiger will win. Beside Tiger always look better then Lion. Mainly Royal Bengal Tigers are awesome. They are very strong and beautiful though I can't touch them or even can't take a selfie at forest with them !!

How can anyone make a choice between these majestic beasts? As a huge animal lover I adore them both but I would rather see them in their natural state than in captivity. I've always thought of the lion as less aggressive towards humans than the tiger, maybe because I've watched the amazing relationship that Kevin Richardson, The Lion Whisperer, has with these beautiful cats.

Lions can do no wrong in my eyes, they're one wild animal I would love to.keep.if it possible. Lions are confident animals and can withstand any attack. They're quite fearless and dangerous but could be friendly at times. I love the way the live on.

Lion is the more popular beast of the two hence the lion is called the king of the jungle. If you have seen the movie Lion King, it speaks of the lion in that sense. But in reality, I think the tiger is much more ferocious, stronger and quicker. Add to that the fact that the tiger can be lurking on the branch of a tree in wait for its prey. And in the field, I know that the tiger is faster in running that’s why a prey can escape a lion but seldom can it run away from a tiger.
