Meditation for confidence
Meditation is the art of quieting the mind, a form of deep relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. Many cultures use meditations some think you have to be cross-legged chanting "om" even tho this is one of the ways but you do not have to do it like this. There are many audio, videos and guided meditations to even books on the subject. I have a lot of knowledge of meditation and over the years I have written my own meditations and made even articles on the matter at hand. Meditation can benefit everyone even businessmen and women, it can also be good for your health limiting stress, anger and also blood pressure. You can even boost confidence with meditation, as everyone needs confidence and this can be many struggles of what some suffer from today "low-confidence".

Maybe your a blogger/website owner and stress daily about your content or can't think/concentrate on creating blog posts to even getting traffic. The fact is as well thinking negative is apart of low confidence, when you "think negative" you actually bring negative. So why not think positive for a change, when something bad is about to enter your mind quickly replace it with a positive and you will notice in time the outcome will be much more beneficial for you. Some may even not believe this and think "mumbo jumbo" well how do you know unless you give it a try. The next time you think "I can't do this" change it to "I can do this and I ain't going to quit" creating the positive atmosphere really does help.

Here is a meditation I wrote to help those who need a confidence boost:

Find somewhere quiet, where you will not be disturbed for 15 to 20 minutes. Now, sit back with your back straight and hands on knees and close your eyes. Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and holding for the count of 4 then slowly exhale. Breathing more through the nose allows more oxygen to your brain helping you relax more. Again deep breathe through the nose and hold... slowly exhale out the mouth, keep doing this repeatedly over and over just focusing on your breath. Do this for 5 minutes, once you have done this and while doing the rest of this meditation keep on doing it. Now, I want you to with your eyes still closed visualize in your mind a time when you felt less confident try and see this as clear as you possibly can in your mind. Notice on how you felt and bring them feelings forward to you now, feel how you felt and at the time what did you hear and see. This does help to feel how you felt, it may be that you were told by someone your not good at anything.

Yeah, it may not feel good about bringing these old memories to light when asking you to visualize and feel, sense and see this again. But this does help, so with your eyes still shut and thinking and seeing the moment you felt less confident. You may feel at the time you was upset when you felt like this bring all these feelings, right. Now I want you to visualize that yourself is looking into a tall mirror at the same height as you are. Please keep doing this with your eyes shut, see your see looking at your self in the mirror. As you look into this mirror you notice this image looking back at you is actually you, but your image seems different. This image of you is a much stronger you and confident take a look at this other you what is different about this other you what are you wearing what is your expressions. I now want to see you visualize this much confident you step out the mirror, and this confident you step's into your body. This is making you become one, a much more confident person which is your right to feel this. Now as the confident you step's into you deep breath and feel this confidence feel the feelings, see what this confident you see and hears.

Take another deep breath in and see this much more confident you who can take control of there life and take anything on. Say in your mind "I am confident and have the confidence to take control of my life and be what I want to be" allowing positive energy enter your life and visualise a white light of a bubble all around you. This bubble of white light is your protection from negative energies and influences. Taking another deep breath in, and again visualize this much more confident you notice how you feel inside knowing when someone says "you can't do that" YOU are the kind of person to prove them wrong and you can do it you are successful and confident human being. Slowly count down from 10 to 0, 10 feeling very relaxed 9 feeling stronger and positive 8 feeling confident. Keep counting slowly taking a deep breath in between each number, when you get to 0 slowly open your eyes and notice how you feel.

Meditation is medicinal because it helps to solve a lot in our lives.If one has no self confidence one can meditate for a way out and think of an inward solution during meditation. With the thought out solutions he or she can put it into practice to have a better result.

I also agree with you! I do not know if there is any scientific research showing the benefits of meditation, but I confess that this practice is very beneficial for many areas of our lives. Recently I started to practice meditation and I think I have become a more positive and focused person. I think it's a way to find balance in life and reflect every action of our day to day.

Meditation and gratitude definitely helps. You can see that most of the people who invest their time and the money into meditation end up saving a lot of headache and the psychological issues. That in itself can be good for many reasons. I have just learned that some of the time it'd be reasonable to do some level of positive psychology. That always works out for many people from what I have seen.

Never tried it, but great reviews and opinion about it everywhere. People that practice meditation say that helps them be more focused, also learn how to deal with inner self issues, and become more confident by trusting in themselves. The closest experience to it, have been by doing Yoga, and certainly it has helped me a lot to be more patient, improve my breathing, and concentrate in a single idea at a time. Definitively, I'm way interested on trying it in a proper way.

I read a book on meditation when I was a ninth grader. The book not only explained about what meditation is and what it does to our body and mind, but also introducted various meditation techniques. The one that fascinated me was mindful meditation. I did some research on mindful meditation and found out that there was a mindful meditation resort in my town. I was a school going kid, therefore, I could not attend the meditation resort. However, I practiced in him. Sadly, I could not be a regular.

I consider meditation to be very important and I meditate on a daily basis. I really enjoy listening to meditating music. The good thing is that many kinds of meditating music are now available for free online. I meditate whenever I feel sick or I am under stress. I also practice yoga regularly. This helps me to feel relaxed and happy.

I also have an opinion similar to yours. I like to listen to musics to meditate. My favorites are songs with the sound of rain and the sea. Really meditating makes a big difference in my life and even in my daily decisions. I recommend this to everyone.

When I am to face a panel or will be reporting to my superior, fear is always in my mind. What I do is to concentrate that I can do it and it’s just a part of life. The same with the situation when I am in the hospital for surgery, I also do that concentration that others call meditation to reinforce my courage and confidence in facing life. It’s not easy but we can learn how and with a little practice, we can do meditation.

Yes! I love meditation and I think that it helps me deal with my stress and all other problems very nicely. Also I find a lot of things about myself when I meditate and it's always very nice! I can not start to describe the positive effects of meditation in my life!
