Exploding Burst of Flavor!!!

Those who don't like the taste of pomegranates, must have gotten a bad one. I can't imagine not liking that extremely intense, tangy yet sweet taste. And they are loaded with benefits!!!!

A good pomegranate is so packed with big juicy seeds, that there is almost no membrane to deal with and what there is of one is easily peeled away from the seeds, or you can just bite the seeds off like you would with an apple.

Not only is the juice super tasty, they are good for roughage since the entire seed is eaten.

The only thing that I don't love about this fruit is its short availability and its high price. And , by the way, not all melons are good for weight loss. Watermelons are not. There is too much sugar.

Pomegranates are super refreshing, they always make me feel fresh and hydrated after a good session at the gym. Also they're super good for anemia issues. No matter if you eat them or drink the juice, they are always good.

Here in my country, Pomegranates are known as Romans. This fruit is not very popular as the melon. I particularly remember having tasted this fruit once or twice. So my choice is melon, because it is more popular and even tastier.

It's easier to find and cheaper and it makes up for a perfect dessert. Pomegranates are cool but that's all they are. Can't beat the good old melon
Posted by Marvadaum on 10-16-2017

It's better.

I prefer melon because I think it's a delicious and light-tasting fruit. It's perfect to be consumed in the early hours of the day (especially at breakfast or after lunch).

It's a simple fruit, but it's worth it... Especially because of nutritional values.

I love it

I've never eaten pomegranates in my life because they are not common in my country but melons are very common here. This is one of my favorite fruits, after bananas and watermelon. I love its flavor and its freshness, I use to buy a couple of pounds per week because I like to prepare fruit salads and the melon, can't be missing. Right now, I just made a fruit salad with banana, melon and pineapple.

Love melon

I've eaten both of these and pomegranates just don't have a good taste. They are also weird to eat and have something that just doesn't inspire me. Melons always had a better taste and are also much easier to find in my country.

I don't think we call it melon in my country, or I'm mistaking this for pear?. Well we call that pear and it is delicious and nutritious. I love eating them together with bread. I love the taste and the yummy nature of it. It is also very good for a healthy life.

Melon on the go!

I want melon than pomegranates. But I didn't say that I don't like pomegranates. In this two, I commonly eat melon. I always want the taste of it. And I always request it to buy for me because I feel the healthiness in my body everytime I eat it.

This one

I will choose melon because I like it. Especially when summer I really like making melon juice. We often do melon juice in our house its really good for summer. And to the fact that im not familiar with the other fruit that you mention. But maybe someday I will get a chance to taste or eat that kind of fruit.

Melon for a refreshing drink.

I always make a melon drink for us with bits on it as it really replenishes and quenches your thirst. We love the taste of it than the Pomegranates. This is one of the fruit drinks that I like to do and drink.

I actually do not like either one of these fruit. I love and eat a variety of fruit but these would never be my choices. The only melon that I do like is watermelon but that is it. I enjoy lots of different berries like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and gooseberries. I also enjoy apples, plums, pears and oranges. I do like Pomegranate juice but I have never had the fresh fruit. I think eating a healthy diet which includes a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables in your daily life is very important.

I love the melon, I was given melon by a friend and I like it never knew the chemical properties until I checked online and I was a bit surprised at it usefulness. So I started buying it for the family.Melon is very filling maybe because of the enormous water and fiber content. It properties that nourish the skin and the body.I just love the fruit.

I agree that melon is very filling. In fact, the melon is one of my diet meals. Half a melon can be my lunch that will last me until dinner. What’s good in melon is that it is filling but only with water and not much nutrients that can add to my weight. However, the problem with eating too much melon is that I go to the rest room more often. When in the office, it is inconvenient for me.

Fruits are loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals and it is of utmost importance that we consume fruits on a regular basis. Both melons and pomegranates have lots of health benefits. I love eating both fruits actually. Both are actually very delicious. I love drinking pomegranate juice.

Melons are easier to eat, therefore the vote goes to melon. Pomeganet is very good for you, but they are difficult to eat as it is hard to get the seeds out. I vote for pomegranates and think it is something that I want to have with my food. It is simply one of the foods that is awesome and will help me to eat my my vitamins. I need. Melons are readily available, affordable and easy to eat.
Posted by kgord on 10-12-2017
The only melon I like is watermelon. Cucumber is also included in melon family and I also like cucumber. Between melon and pomegranates, I will always choose pomegranates. Pomegranates is one of the best fruits, best because it has so many health benefits. If you have low blood pressure, drink a glass pomegranate juice and your pressure will ne normalized just in 20 minutes. If you are suffering from anemia, pomegranate is the best remedy.

Personally, I'm not a fan of both fruits, especially melon. I really despise that fruit with passion, it's never been seen as a fruit to me. I can manage apple buy melon is a no go area for me.

Basically, I don't rely on fruits in order to keep healthy. I simply watch my diet and do engage in lots of physical exercise in order to put my body system in a great shape and my immune system fine and up and running to combat diseases that might want to attack my body.

Trying to choose one over the over is virtually impossible for me - as not only do I grow many different varieties of both in my garden - but - as I really enjoy eating -

Pomegranates - in the form of syrup, sauce, or juice - which even though it takes an infuriatingly long time to make - is definitely worth it - as apart from being seriously delicious when used as a syrup or sauce on fruit or ice cream - the juice is especially so - as its way beyond delicious - whether drunk, chilled on its own or added to wine or champagne and of course when drunk in the form of the well known syrup liquor - grenadine.

Just as much as I do melons - which apart from being somewhat easier to eat and come in a huge variety of colors and flavors too - are also extremely delicious each and every way that they can be eaten - on their own, sliced or in chunks, used as a base for fruit cocktails/salads, made into granita, sorbet, ice cream or juiced - the latter of which is a summer staple in our household - as its a very healthy, deliciously refreshing way of keeping hydrated in the summer heat.

Think it safe to say that I enjoy eating both fruits equally !

The decision is simple for me, taking melons has been the best fruits I enjoy in a long time.

I love both fruits although I have to admit that it is melon and also watermelon that are more common than the pomegranate. From what I remember, the pomegranate came out in the market some years ago, not more than 10 years. Yeah, it’s a new fruit to us. That’s the reason why it is very expensive. With the cost in consideration, the melon is still tops when it comes to fruits, aside from the banana, of course. However, from what people say, the pomegranate has healing properties of some diseases. And perhaps that is one aspect why it is getting popular here.

Pomegranates has a great taste compared with melon, has more benefit, and it conserves well, you don't even need a fridge for it.

There are different varieties of melon sold in Brazil. The most common is the yellow variety, not so aromatic, but of simpler production and guaranteed consumption.

Alongside the watermelon, the melon is a refreshing, healthy fruit, whose specific properties highlight it among the other fruits.

Fruit consumed especially during the summer, many of the benefits of melon come from its high water content, which helps to ward off dehydration and combat heat, while its refreshing taste provides a guilt-free dessert for children and adults.
