Shocking Words on Tee Shirts

Shocking Words on Tee Shirts
Almost everybody walks around wearing T-shirts with something written on them. I don't know about you but I love reading tee shirts. Found a blog post on Tumblr which was a link to buy a tee shirt that had a quote by Mark Twain. Thousands of people loved that post and wanted to buy the shirt.

“But who prays for Satan? Who, in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most?”

I won't be buying that particular T-shirt. But I do have a response to Mr. Twain's questions, which will probably never appear on anybody's clothing. LOL.

Dear Mr. Twain:

There is a sin that is a sin unto death. You should not pray for it. As you are known to have an ability and capability for discerning truth, I'll leave the scriptures to your own interpretation. OR … If you see Peter or John in heaven, perhaps you can just ask them what they meant when they wrote those words.

Hmmm?? Has it only been 18 centuries? My husband and I often debate whether or not Satan became a sinner long before time began.

Yours truly.

Mrs. Fox

Since I do not belong to the Christain culture, I cannot say how Christain interprets satan. However, I have seen many shocking words on Tshirt. Some are so vulgar that I would not date to enumerate here. I have also seen people with Nazi symbol printed on their Tshirts. How could people be so insensitive?

There are some who say that the Nazi symbol was not always the Nazi symbol as we know it. It had another meaning. Maybe those wearing it don't mean to offend. But whether they mean it or not they are offending many people.

Whenever I would see vulgar words on a t-shirt it is always noticeable that the person wearing it looks rebellious or weird. Just the same with those guys who have big tattoo and the scary piercings on the face. In other words, those wearing such t-shirts are already weird with their looks and I think they are just seeking attention so people will look at them maybe because that is their purpose in life.

Several people are found in the streets of the world roaming around with shocking words on Tee Shirts. From personal experience, evil people used to go around putting on those bad shirts just to show themselves as children of the devil and constitute nuisance around. The government should start doing something about this as regards the side effects it may have on the future of our youths.

If our government did something about people wearing T-shirts with offensive language; such as, arresting them and fining them, etc. ... they would be so bogged down with processing all those people and the paperwork, law enforcement officers wouldn't have time to catch criminals.

Times without number, I have come across people wearing tee shirts with shocking words printed on them. Some of those words are even worse than shocking in the sense that they bear devilish signals on them and people wouldn't want to set their eyes on such things. It's not good to wear those tee shirts with shocking words printed on them.

Yeah shocking t-shirts seem to be the thing to do nowadays. I think most of these shirts are printed up though. People are paying to have them designed. I don't think a lot of these more shocking or crude shirts are pre-existing things. Where I live - I see a lot of super mario t-shirts that people are wearing. So I guess it depends on your location.

Yes, there are places where you can have the T-shirt customized to say whatever you like or with a picture or image of whatever you like. I think they do pretty good business. Many people want to be unique or different. Customization or personalization of items people wear has always been very popular.

Tees these days are customized to suit the person's taste and desire especially it for a certain event or occasion.I love some of the messages on some tees though some are also very offensive,we can really choose what we want without being annoying.

I just don't know how we try to place much emphasis on how satan goes about his ways without thinking about God. One sure thing is the need for us to put God first in all we do and never mind what people try to say about it. I don't think Satan needs any prayer since it was his decision to rebel against God.

Printed t-shirts are common here. A day will not pass without seeing someone wearing one with a quotation or just anything aside from the image. I have also seen some t-shirts with offending prints that refer to sexuality, something like if you want to go to bed, just call his name which is printed on the front side. But what really offends me are the t-shirts with political prints often saying something nasty to their political opponent. Truly the printed t-shirt is now a tool for expression.

The T-shirts don't so much bother me. But when people mark up their bodies with tattoos that say certain things or are a picture of something, I just don't know how they could do such a damage to their beautiful bodies. The T-shirts come off. But those tattoos???

Some T shirts are defintely offensive, but to be honest I haven't seen that many people wearing them. I think they are generally saved for certain times and places. I guess if it sells, people are going to continue to make them. and people will continue to buy them. They could be offensive to some, but not everyone.

Of course! I don't pay them much mind. But if the person is right in front of me, I'll probably read what it says. It's like being in the grocery store waiting in the check out line. You don't want to buy the magazine but you can't resist reading the headlines! Beyoncé did what?? Prince Harry is marrying who? LOL. It's there in front of you~ It's hard to divert your eyes.

I would love to have a Tee shirt but I don't know why I want it. I think it is cooler than the other t-shirts. It is like a talking t-shirt and may tell your mood for the day. What I most like it is you can customize the words you want to put in the t-shirt. Color is fine to me. I just want my t-shirt to have cool words.

Some people just want attention, the more shock value a shirt has, the more they like to buy and wear them. Most of the times, they're getting the attention they were seeking. Computerized t-shirt printing is quite common in malls in my country. One can have a customized shirt for $3 or $4 depending on the color and quality of the shirt. This has motivated some people to design their own shirts. Most of what I've seen so far are just funny ones or couple t-shirts where you have to see the couple together to figure out what the shirts are trying to say.

Sounds great, yeah I love also watching those people who wears a t-shirt that has something catch my attention such as those lines written in their shirts. And I would love to wear also that kind of clothes because it's really good also to catch a attention of a certain people. But sometimes I don't want those weird lines or something rude lines. But I hope instead of that the lines should something interesting or inspiring to inspire other people.

It is an amusing statement to see on a garment and emits our free speech. The statement itself is worth debate and would lead to talk about just who the devil is anyway. If he is an existing individual then why not pray for him? It depends on your beliefs. I myself believe in vibration. God is the highest frequency there is while the devil is the lowest frequency there is. What I concern myself with is raising my own frequency to be closer to the highest possible. I don't give a monkey about the lowest densest frequency out there. There will always be a lowest frequency. There will always be black and white. There will always be opposites.

I find the message or inscription funny and weird, Satan doesn't need anyone praying for him he can do that himself.Even the bible says we should ask for forgiven ourselves and God will hear us and forgive us our iniquities.but for Tees with incription on them I scrutinize them enough before buying them.

I'm not a Christian so you will most likely not receive the kind of answer you are looking for. With regards to whether or not I find those words shocking, I do not. I find them to be the words of a man expressing compassion for the fallen, and enlightening many to the cruel nature of many Christian views. If your God is one who cannot express compassion for even the worst of sentient beings, then He is not a God that I will be following. My reply to Mr. Twain would be thank you for your expression of compassion.

I'm in love with this quote. Very philosophical and very true. It makes sense , God says we pray for all sinners. This is our christian duty.I love the old philosophers they thought things through at a much deeper level, then the one's we have today. That 's why most of all the quotes we have are mainly from ancient times. My favorite philosopher is Rumi. He lived in the 13th century. I find it a bit weird that such a long quote is written on a t-shirt. How dose it fit? It's a great idea don't get me wrong, it makes no sense because it is impractical. Who is the quote for? You or the reader?

What you had said is right. Sin cannot be just pray on to be erased. You need a sincere forgiveness with the one true Christ Jesus. People who are not afraid of Satan's works or just ignore that he is real are really in danger.

I agree with the thing you said about being sincere in asking forgiveness. That is based on my religious upbringing that being repentant is the first step in getting forgiveness for our sins. Maybe the saying that to err is human and to forgive is divine means that we always make mistakes and we sin regularly no matter how we avoid it simply because that is human nature. But to forgive is divine means the forgiveness is only from God.

I'm not a fan of writings on shirts because I feel they are too on the nose and cheesy. A simple graphic or design is a lot more appealing to me and anything more than that I feel like the person is just trying to get too much attention for themselves. I don't mind anything controversial or offensive written on the shirt though because it's not me who's wearing it anyway.

Wow! Those words.... Let me leave them to that.

Some Tee-shirts have shocking words indeed. Sometimes the wearer is oblivious of the message they are proclaiming. God forgive them.

I found that more and more people like to wear t-shirts with weird or shocking words, perhaps they think it makes them stand out or wearing those printed words is cool. I don't really like to wear those with shocking words, and I don't enjoy reading them as well. But I believe no matter how shocking or weird the words we think they are, they still have supporters. Same goes to Satan, I believe there are still people praying for Satan as well.
