This is a reliable device that will help in mind positioning , effective breath control. I remember my first debate section, I had to struggle with my breath. With the spire I don't think such will repeat itself.

This one sounds much more effective , As for me as well I do suffer from breathing problems at time . So this may be ideal for me as I suffer from anxiety and often find I can't catch my breath. I will look into this spire thankyou .

Seems amazing

Spire seems much better than Wellbe. It is really useful. You can simply click it behind your belt or other clothing and you are good to go. I could see myself using it because my breathing is really bad and I easily panic and forget to take deep breaths. This device would solve it with gentle notifications.

It also supports iOS and Android, it is waterproof and backed up with A LOT of research.

Seems like the better option.

I'm using spire for almost a year now and I'm quite satisfied with it. It keeps me in sync with my mind and body by measuring my breath all day and also alerting me to sudden changes. It tracks my progress very well and show me how my daily fitness exercises affects my health. In general, it's very useful and I love the app on iOS.

Wrist based devices work way better for me. I tend to forget my watchs/fitness trackers/whatever so it's easier for me to be able to look down at my wrist and see quickly if I have it.

This is brilliant. I have a friend who this may be perfect for and I never realised that anything like this existed. She has heart disease and also suffers from stress so I think I really have to give her this information. Thanks so much for bringing it to light.

If I were to wear a device to monitor my stress I would choose the WellBe. It's comfortable and attractive and can be worn all day. It lets you know the location and duration of when your stress level changes. It keeps an accurate recording of your stress levels. It's lightweight. If you are concerned about your stress levels and want to monitor those I would suggest the WellBe as it seems to be the more comfortable and most accurate of recording when your stress levels go up. The only con is that you have to be dedicated to your well being. Excess stress is harmful for your health and overall well-being. Anything to help you reduce stress and pinpoint out what is causing it can be a helpful aid in having a healthy lifestyle.

I haven't heard of both before but from the explanation you gave above, Wellbe is the best because you only need to wear it on your wrist and it's very light, you won't feel any inconveniences wearing it. Also, stress is very popular today and many people searching every day for means to control it. So I think this device is the best to go for.

I have never heard of spire and wellbe. In fact, I even did not know these kinds of devices were available. The discussion does not mention the price for this devices, however, I believe they must be pretty expensive. Based on the description of these devices I think I will choose to wear wellbe.
