quiet early morning

I love quiet mornings. It's hard to wake up early, sure, but I never regret it. The house is quiet. It's dark. I enjoy coffee. I can sense the "newness" of the day before me. I generally feel pretty optimistic in the mornings as I face the day and the opportunities and experiences I may have. I get really grumpy and emotional late at night. I am not a night-owl at all. I get tired pretty early and love to be asleep by 10 PM.

Sunrise

I love watching the sunrise. It kind of keeps my health going ahead. Those who watch sunrise and have early morning sun rays. They tend to keep their surrounding cool. And on that note you can see that sunrise person is more healthy than the night owl.

used to be night owl

I used to love staying up at night but nowadays I'm way more comfortable just sleeping and waking up at the right hours. I now find enjoyment in waking up very early and seeing the sunrise and feeling the cold weather before it gets warm again at morning. I used to hate mornings but now I love it.

My type.

I have always had that opportunity to wake up when the sun is still rising and it has been helpful to me to use that as a way to push myself through the day. It is an attitude that is pretty good and nice to me as well.

I’m always up early

I don’t know if I was always a morning person but I’ve kind of forced myself to be ever since I had children. I find that being up early and getting things accomplished early helps me feel productive and sets the tone for my day.

Morning

It is better to wake up early in the morning than to sleep late at night. Sleeping late at night may not be healthy to our body and might cause our body some illness. Also, you could finish more tasks when you wake up early in the morning. Unlike doing it at night that you're not sure if you did well or not because you feel sleepy and dizzy.

Rewarding

I'm a night owl myself (Most of the work I do is accomplished at night) but lately I feel the negative effects of pulling all nighters. When I changed my sleeping habits, I felt a positive change in my overall demeanor. Seeing the sunrise and the warmth of the sun rays is something everyone should experience and enjoy in life. Believe me you'd treasure life more this way.

Healthy

I am not a sunrise person but I believe it is the better one. When I was a child, I always wake up early in the morning because my school starts at 6 AM. But as I grow up, there are things that keeps me awake at night even if I don't want to.

Even though most of the time I'm forced to sleep late (by medical school), I still prefer mornings over evenings. I like the feeling of waking up early in the morning and having so much time for productivity.

Sunrise

Im in for sunrise. Bright sunshine early in the morning gives you the perfect start required for the day. Also, the serene environment around at sunrise is a lovely scene. At sunset, there is always a lot of noise with the day ending and everyone being in a rush to go home and finish off their duties. Also, the required amount of Vitamin D is produced in the early morning sunshine.

I agree with you. If you are not a person who takes vitamin supplements everyday, then sunrise would be a perfect substitute for it. It's like a natural energizer and a real motivation to work harder.

Day time are boring for me personally. I literally hate the sun because it gives serious sun burns but when it comes to night, it's my favorite time for moving about.

It's very calm at night. Movement is more free at night with less or no distraction.

More calm

I have always mesmerized by the beauty of a sunset. It is more colorful and you ca really see the beauty of the sun since it is not that bright as it goes down the horizon. I love how reddish orange the sun is. It calms me to the point where I would like to fall asleep after seeing the sunset.

Sunset person or night owl

I'm a sunset person. I don't know why but this is the way my body is. Probably it has to do with my body clock. My body was already used to staying up late, I suppose. As much as I want to sleep early, my body won't cooperate. When sunset strikes, my mind and body are very active. That would last until dawn. During night time, that's when I get active and feel like working. Sometimes, I would like to try being a morning person.

I love how walking in the night is very breezy and almost lulls you to sleep. The darkness helps soothe the soul and when there are not much people around, the silence just engulfs you. The night sky is the most beautiful. You can go and pick out the constellations

It's just now I knew this. Even though I haven't read it, I will choose the sunset because it more fits my personality and I am more confident walking in the dark rather than during day time. After reading it, it is true that I'm kind of sensitive sometimes, emotional and somehow been depressed. I like the idea of being creative because I draw too but for the addiction part I'm not sure about it. Since I'm the type of person that always want something new, I never get addicted on a single thing.

Sunrise and Sunset are fantastic part of the whole day. I love both because it gives me the feeling of like time to conquer the world and be ready for it for sunrise while sunset changes the mood be relaxed and resting follows coming from a busy and productive day that has passed. Watching both of these events give us the feeling of calmness and relives stress or tension. Both are colorful and exciting to watch and create a time lapse.

I wake early. Every so often I think to look outside and watch a sunrise. The whole day is before you and it is up to you what to make of it. The sunrise tells you the weather. "Red sky in the morning, Shepherds warning, " "Red sky at night, Shepherds delight." I grew up with that poem. Somehow, a sunrise leaves you feeling cheerful and hopeful.

LOL. Having bulging eyes are sexy for some. On the other hand, some say pimples is a sign of an imbalance in your body. You don't get pimples only on your face, and it can appear anywhere from your hands, back, shoulders, etc. Make sure to get eight hours of rest to avoid having a few. And take a shower every day, LOL.

From Mondays to Fridays, I have no choice but to wake up early to prepare my kids for school. But Its nice to to see the sunlight thats comes in to our house and follow the very tiny tiny dust that cross the light of the sun and disappear. But Saturdays and Sundays, I have my time to sleep and I can stay awake night all I want. I guess I got that from my father. We just cant sleep without reading anything. I believe I'm a night owl.

Well that depends, because usually I'm a morning person, I wake up early, and start my day right away. But If I have to do something important, like finishing a project, or some family reunion, I can make myself an owl and stay up all night. But, as I said, that's ocasional, my regular timing it's completely a sunrise one. Let's say that's a family thing, we all tend to wake up early and try to do our best since around 6-7 am.

Morning for me is the best. Because it reminds me that I am still living, and there is still a full day a head of me. At night is the time to relax and calm the mind slowly into the darkness of the night. You dream away that has happen from sunrise to sunset and wake to another beautiful sunrise. It may be philosophical but waking up every morning would be the best thing to ever happen to everyone knowing that there is still tomorrow.
