Wellness center

Wellness center
Getting popular is the Wellness center which is a modern spa with focus on health. A guest who will avail of a massage therapy will be checked before the session. The blood pressure is checked and other vital signs as well. The therapists are well trained reflexologists and there are physical therapists, nurses and doctors. The wellness center promises to be a one stop shop for those seeking therapies and health advice. Some Wellness Centers have an adjoining gym for those who want to avail of a scientific workout. This is the enhanced version of the spa.

Well, it is a good idea. The problem with good ideas is that they tend to stay as ideas. Usually when these things start they're a nice and profitable business but later on, they start to scam their customers by selling "health" products along with their service. All in all, if they stay true to their purpose it should be nice addition to the health options we have.

It's a pretty intuitive idea. Looking at the picture you posted here, I thought that this was another hospice type facility which zeroed in on the sick and ailing in some form. But when I checked out the other images online, I can see there is a whole new aspect to a wellness center. The centers seem to focus on improving lifestyles from various perspectives using several techniques. This is a great thing or it can be since lifestyles and habits prove some key factors into why sickness and health exist for different people. Looks like something that I think I would like to try out and coming from a person who doesn't even like to go the the gym because I think it's a crowded place, wellness centers, as long as they stick to their conceptual idea of promoting wealth through mental and physical health is a rather great idea in the making.

There is only one word that perfectly describes the purpose of a Wellness Center. That word is ... KA-CHING!! :)

I'm sure that wellness centres are great and I'm sure that the various things that you can do there can help you to improve your health and help your body to recover. The thing that is that they are usually pretty expensive which is why a lot of people are reluctant to use them. If you look hard enough and do your research well then I'm sure there are things that you can do at home and that are relatively inexpensive that will be as good as attending one of these wellness centres.

I’m not sure that “ starting to grow in popularity “ would apply to the many spa/wellness establishments we have where I live - as not only have these and health tourism in general been extremely popular for well over a decade here - but as the majority are usually so fully booked right through to the end of each year - that they generally have a waiting list for the following year - as well as sometimes well into the one after that - they are for sure - very profitable too - especially as the rates are usually ridiculously expensive.

Well, I like the general concept of these wellness centers! To be honest, I thought they had been around for awhile. But I guess they're just starting to increase in popularity like you said. Professionals in the field of health advisory and wellness, attempting to assist patients and their ailments through advanced spa treatment/therapy. In my opinion, this seems more so tailored specifically to people with severe injuries that need to go through a rehabilitation process. Nevertheless, I think the principles of a wellness center offer great services to those in need.

I like the idea of mixing a spa with preventative health measures. Stress, alone, has a profound effect o the body which many people are unaware of until they find themselves having anxiety attacks. It's nice to see this focus on staying healthy. I do worry that places like this will become havens for voodoo nonsense, however. There is so much pseudo scientific superstition parading as legitimate medical advice that I am hesitant to subject myself to any type of medical center outside of the mainstream.

Yes, here in my country the wellness centers are becoming very popular as well. I think that mainly the elderly enjoy it or at least people above 40+ years old. I can't say that I have seen many people in their twenties ever go to spas or the wellness centers. My grandmother actually went once before when they had some special offer. She went for the whole week and absolutely loved it. She kept praising it because they helped her out a lot with various advice and so on. I hope that the wellness centers keep spreading all over the world.

I wish I can say the same here, there are a few available but they cost a fortune for most old folks to avoid. Once they are many am sure the competition will push the prices to affordable levels

I like to visit such areas, because it's so relaxing, when someone try to relax your body. I like to massage my body in extreme pressure at my back. It gives my reflexes a good rest muscles. It was my first time to visit on a therapist, and advise me on a proper work out. The advise of therapist really works, and I really love to do it, everyday.

I like someone to relax my body using physical therapy. It's really satisfying, when someone gives me a satisfaction of relaxation. I believed, it will help the person, who are seeking such treatment, and I think they deserve those things.

Sounds to be very interesting a place to visit at the end of a busy week and rejuvenate your body. However, I hope it can be available and affordable to all. At the end of the day, these goods things cost too much and are far to reach for the common person.

First time I can, I will definitely go and spend some time in a wellness center. I want to spoil myself a bit and why not do it in a healthy way. :)

Very cool, I always visit the wellness center with my friends, because as Duke students, we’re all stressed. We need some time to relax and not think about academics for a while. The Wellness Center offers yoga and meditation classes, and it provides for some good alone time when you’re not preoccupied with all your commitments and obligations.

I think it's good to combine wellness center with spa. I go to spa whenever i feel stressed out of work and have body ache. It is really relaxing specially after massage. So it's good to hear that you can also check your health and have someone to give advice on the better things to do.

Definitely sounds like an interesting concept but I'm not sure it will be implemented in a way where it reaches the people who would benefit from it.

Somehow these wellness centers can indeed be a venue for having those health activities. The presence of some doctors and medical practitioners makes it more credible. Though, some people who experienced there would eventually be not going back because they are expensive. Then, they also have lots of supplements and ointments as well as beauty products they keep endorsing for their clients to buy. Most pEople don't like that.

It is great that the Wellness Centers provides so many services and that they have trained specialists and doctors to keep the customers safe, this is what matters and is the most important thing in this kind of business. Besides, combining a Wellness Centers with a SPA is a wonderful idea to attract more customers.

I think in near future there is going to be a lot of demand of this type of services. You can see that there are demands for spa, massage, blood check and other services. And if one can spend the money wisely then surely it can help in many ways. On that point you can see that having wellness center is definitely be helpful. I am thinking about having such center but I am guessing it would cost some money.

We do have some wellness centers over here too but I have not personally visited one. I think many people opt not to visit those centers as they charge a high price. I have not really heard any reviews about those centers and cannot comment about the service. If those centers provide really good services and help provide relief with health issues then it might be worthwhile to visit them.

I think that it is a great idea because being healthy and leading healthy lifestyle is so important for a long and good life. We should be more aware of our healthy and what we are doing to our bodies. It is good to have your vitals checked on a regular basis. Far too many people ignore their healthy until something goes wrong. I also like that these wellness centers have gyms attached to them. What a great idea.

yea, this is a good innovations.but I hope the regular spa will not be relegated to the background because a lot of people survives on the proceeds from it.I love this wellness centre it will go a long way in promoting wellness amongst people.

I also love the spa and I’m sure it is part and parcel of the wellness center. My niece has big plans for a wellness center. In fact she already has a place for it complete with beds. She is in the process of training people who will work in the spa and first in the list are the massage therapists. I was even invited to grace the opening so that I can sample the massage because my niece knows that I love massage.

I think wellness centers are awesome, and if you can afford to go to one you should. Many people are invested in these things and spas and special centers may help you feel your very best. It is a nice idea and doesn't hurt anyone so why not? If you can afford it, by all means go to these centers and take advantage of what they have to offer.

It is a great idea. Nowadays, a lot of people work too much and they don't have time to go to a doctor constantly so, They can go to a wellness center and they will give you a spa day where you can relax and see if you are okay. They can help you with some advice for some treatments and also can help you to feel better with therapies. A wellness center can offer you lots of activities.

Going to a Wellness center is a good idea, however, I have never been to a wellness center. These days people are more focused to alternative therapy compared to clinical therapy. That's why wellness centers are growing. Welllness centers are a good place to relax your mind and body. I have a wellness blog and I am thinking to promote wellness centers in my town.

It is important that we visit these wellness centres once in a while to get in touch with what they got to offer. One thing everyone needs to understand is that sometimes, our body needs such massage and drilling out of excess dirt from our skins so that we can have the best skins texture around, I mean one that applying cream alone won't help us get. So, it is good that the wellness centres are around us to give your body the best treat anytime we are in need of it.

I am definitely of the opinion that one doesn't take his or her health lighty because life has no spare or duplicate. If you die, you are dead for good there is no second life to it. Although some people say reincarnation, belive me, even if it's possible, you won't the same thing in another life timeline.

As much as I enjoy the art of body massage, I'm equally very good at it. In fact, I have it as one of my life long set objectives to open up a spa and massage house in the future time. Personally, I'm of the view that massage is very healthy. It helps in reducing body aches, pains and even enable proper blood circulation in the body. It even helps reduce and relief one of head stress if you find one who is good with skull massage.

This topic makes me excited because my niece bought a big parcel of land where she is developing a wellness center. It is located in a rural area but she assured us that her clients will come simply because her wellness center is modern. We were there after Christmas and construction was already ongoing. We were invited to go back there in February maybe for the blessing or inauguration. They already have some therapists in training who will handle the wellness center.

Health is wealth, if you as an individual takes your health lightly, you are definitely going to end up in the hospital more often than you have time to hustle and make money to better the lives of your family and that of yourself. Personally, I don't joke with my health. I go for medical check up once every six months and have my body taken care of any problems.
