What is the luckiest color for Christmas day?
I am so excited for this upcoming Christmas day. It's another best ever celebration to wait for aside for my natal day of course. I want to make that day as perfect and seamless as possible. It's a good way to end the year and I believe a good start for the coming year. But I'm super nervous about what I'll wear when the clock strikes 12. What is the right and best color to have that luck on the most important day of the year?

Red is the color for me and one that I enjoy putting on during Christmas day. It has brought luck to me and I'm hopeful of having luck as well from it in the next coming Christmas. I can't think of any other color apart from red.

I guess you have based that red color on the attire of Santa Claus. In the depiction of that fat generous old man, he is always wearing a red coat and a red hat. Over here the color red is a symbol of prosperity for the Chinese people. There is a film producer who requires everyone to wear red when they are launching a movie. She said that the red color attracts luck and money. That is a superstition but people believe in that.

I don't believe 100% in these things of luck related to colors, but I always like to wear blue (which is my favorite color) or white. There's nothing special about it other than the fact that I like those colors. I think they fit in nicely with Christmas.

Is there anything as lucky color? I don't think so. Color is not related to good luck or bad luck. You might prefer one color over other, but this is just a matter of personal choice. Colors have moods and psychology. For instance, bright colors will enlighten you, dull color will depress you. You should always choose a color that hakes you happy.

One time I used to believe colour is not associated with anything. One time I got annoyed and hit somebody very hard. I was putting on a red shirt. Another day I got an accident and true enough, I worn red.

Then when I went to school when I was a teacher, I saw all children scared. I adked why and they pointed to my red shirt. I went and removed it. Colour!

Is there even such a thing as a lucky color? I mean I suppose anything is possible, given that people attribute luck to just about anything out there. That being said, I would probably just wear red for Christmas. If ever there was a lucky color for Christmas then it would have to be red, given that red is the color most associated with the holidays.

Yellow is the lucky color for Christmas, at least in my country. So, there's any kind of traditions about it, there's people who wear it at clothes and accessories, and there are some others that choose yellow underwear hahaha. Some other traditions include red and blue, but yellow is the common one. My grandma used to be very insistent about it, but since she's not with us anymore, we let everybody choose if they want to wear it or not.

I'm not sure about a lucky colour because I haven't really even heard of such a thing before reading this post. But I think the main colour that tends to be associated with Christmas is Red and I think that its actually a pretty good colour for Christmas day. It's a nice bright colour and quite a positive colour as well if you think of it which is probably why people tend to associate Red with Christmas quite a bit

I do not believe that any color brings good luck but i do think that Red is such a beautiful color to wear for Christmas. It is very festive and bright and it looks good on most people. Either way wear whatever looks good on you and whatever you feel comfortable in. Have a wonderful Christmas and a happy holiday season.
Posted by Sue on 12-02-2017
I would imagine it would be red since it seems to be the official color of the holiday with maybe just green accents. However, I don't really think there is a tradition of considering this color lucky during this time. I think it's more just to show that you are feeling festive and want to be part of the holiday. Either way, I do wish you good luck and well wishes for the holidays anyway.

Red and green have no expiration date. Green is the relationship with nature. We simulate pine and remind us of the longevity of the oak and the constant renewal of plant life, it is a color of calm and introspection, in addition, the serenity of the forest, a feeling that we associate with the depth of this special date.

Yea, I can perceive the excitement from your write up, Christmas season comes with a lot of excitement it doesn't matter if there's food in the belly, there's frenzy that comes with the season.Everything looks so fascinating and one can't just contain with estacy.Well, for me the colour Sky Blue does the magic for me.

I heard of luck on new year's but never on christmas considering that New Year's is associated with chasing out the bad from the previous and starting fresh with new. I don't associate Christmas with any lucky colors because frankly the holiday isn't about luck of prosperity as it's supposed to be about family and "charity."
Posted by Rhodolite on 12-03-2017
of course it is red, santa suit and reindeer are red, so red is the lucky color for christmas. I am sure most Christmas items are in red colors too, in addition it symbolize love and care.

I don't really believe in a lucky color or that you have to wear something so specific for the Christmas day. The main idea about Christmas is to simply have fun, gather with your family and enjoy spending time with them. The color of your dress should be the least of your worries. I always wear something that is appropriate for the occasion yet comfortable.

I think something colorful will be suitable. Christmas is filled with celebrations all around places where people celebrate it. I always see colors everywhere in town when Christmas is near. The city looks colorful with a mixture of colors. So getting yourself something colorful to wear will be okay.

The way I see it, red and green are the most common colors Christmas although I cannot say if red and green are the luckiest. What I feel about luck is that it emanates from your heart so if you feel you are lucky then you get lucky regardless of the colors that you have in your Christmas decorations. In our home, what’s more important is the sharing that we can give and not the decorations.

No specific color for me. I don't have any specific color preference in such case. You can see that some of the time that can be really odd to have this type of the color in the christmas. Some people have that color option. And some other time that can be good for many ways. I personally don't see much value out of that.

The luckiest color for Christmas is a color combination, though to so many people, this may be a contrary totally. The color combination most suitable and best for Christmas is Blue with White. These two colors give signs of Christmas celebration especially when used or mixed together. Christmas is a kind of celebration that attracts children a lot. That's why color combination makes it more exciting and interesting for children across the world.

Red and green are the traditional colors during Christmas. Although in the recent years, we saw that not only red and green but regardless of any colors as long they have the glitter of silver and gold.

I don't have a lucky color. But my favorite colors for the Christmas holidays would have to be red and gold. The red is a joyful color and the gold makes everything light up like stars!

Well, I am aware that in this world you have color vibrations that correspond to a specific day. Tuesday as an example, is considered worldwide as a day of War. Therefore, the color associated with Tuesday is red. Regarding your question, I personally don't believe in lucky colors for specific trigger date. However, I do have certain colors I enjoy wearing for certain holidays. Red and black is my favorite combination of colors on Christmas day. I haven't really taken time to note my luckiness/unluckiness by wearing these colors. Nevertheless, they're my favorite during the holidays and make me feel good.

For me, the luckiest color for christmas is red or green. Everytime there are a celebration, even not christmas, everybody wears red. For instance, every birthday, you wear a read clothe or dress to celebrate your birthday. Sometimes some people also be lucky in green especially christmas. Even Santa Claus is wearing red.

I never heard of there being a lucky color for Christmas day. Most people tend to wear red or green as part of their Christmas oufit, but red or green works too. All of these things can be helpful and wonderful in ters of Christmas. IThese are just some of the options you will find with Christmas colors.
Posted by kgord on 12-12-2017
The colors I associate the most with Xmas are gold, red and green. Gold is my absolute favorite. Gold is beautiful, rich and shiny. It makes everything look better, more expensive and luxurious. Red and green are more traditional but those three are the best for decorations.

The luckiest color that i believe always goes well with Christmas day is red and white color, the combination of red and white is the best Christmas color.

I am not sure if Christmas has a 'lucky' color or assigned color of good fortune. I was told that you should have something green to eat (vegetables for example) on New Years day as it is a sign of money and should provide you with good financial luck in the new year. Christmas though does have specific colors to represent the day itself. Red, green and gold I believe.
Posted by NickJ on 12-26-2017
I think it's RED because that's the color of Christmas and also Santa Claus wears RED so I think that's the luckiest color every Christmas. I do also wear Red During this past Christmas but I don't think that I got lucky just by wearing it. Is there really a specific color that would bring luck to you during Christmas?
Posted by ColdFlameChris on 12-27-2017
I sure that is color red. We knew every time we celebrate Christmas lot of happy moment happens. Bonding with family, friends, and our love one's. And of course there are always things appeared during Christmas. And majority color of it is the color red such as Santa's suit is color red, the gift's wrapper are color red, and other things which have a color red. :)

For me it's color red because that color is the first thing we see about Christmas season. And the first thing that will comes up in our mind whenever we see or think those red colors is Christmas. And color red is the lucky color for Christmas.

For a traditional decoration, just bet on the red. Traditional, but with a more sophisticated footprint, is the decoration in gold and silver. It can appear in various environments of the house: from the front door to the supper table. Blue is also Christmas color, and has already become a trend, according to Amaral. The color gives a more relaxed and even playful air to the decoration. This tip is also for those who want to innovate this Christmas: candy colors, or pastels. This type of color has been gaining strength in the decoration and already begins to appear frequently in the Christmas decoration.

Well, I have no idea about the lucky color during Christmas, but usually most of the people in our country use the red color. I don't know why, and how this color become lucky during Christmas day. But actually, I don't believe in luck color, I usually wear or use black what ever celebration we have. I think they use the red and believe it's lucky because of Santa clause, well, there are some people who still believe in Santa clause right now. Aside from red, I also notice that the green color is also very popular during Christmas day.

I think your lucky color depends on what you feel most comfortable using. If you truly believe the you're lucky when wearing it, then it's likely you'll attract good fortune.
Posted by Steve5 on 05-05-2018
Well, we tend to do this in my country. For sure is our tradition to have yellow clothes or stuff, but you can see people wearing different colors according to their wishes. Those who want to attract more love use red, people who hope to get more peace wear white, those who want to feel lucky about money tend to wear blue, and so it goes. We have many wacky traditions when it comes to new year's day, you can get easily overwhelmed trying to fulfill all of them.

I haven't think about a lucky color on Christmas yet. In fact, it doesn't appear in my mind. But If I were to choose a lucky color, I think I'd choose the color of white? Well white is an inherently positive color, it is associated with purity, virginity, innocence, light, goodness, heaven, safety, brilliance, illumination, understanding, cleanliness, faith, beginnings, sterility, spirituality, possibility, humility, sincerity, protection, softness, perfection, and innocence. You know, Christmas Holiday is Jesus Christ's holy birthday. But at the same time, white could also mean something about person's in peace. Anyway, this is just my opinion and I believe one person's luckiness does not depend on color.

Red feels like a very lucky color. It's always present during Christmas time. You see it on decorations like Christmas bows and presents. It's also vibrant and memorable.
Posted by Steve5 on 05-22-2018
For me its sky blue, because sky blue is the most fair color of all for me. Lucky because sky blue is everywhere and can be seen anywhere so brilliant and giving comfort to the eye. Brings attraction and light to all and in some reasons it is most common in our surroundings and I think its a lucky color.

I don't think there is such a thing as a lucky color but perhaps there are colors that can evoke some hidden thoughts or emotions in us that can help us be better either consciously or subconsciously. Probably the most popular colors during this season are red and green so I'd say the choice would be between the two but maybe other people have different colors that power them so it may be good to just allow that to come through when decorating even if the standard commands otherwise.

The color that I always want to use during Christmas is the color blue. The reason why i like it is because the color blue symbolizes peace and that's what I want during a Christmas eve - a peaceful celebration and environment.

The right and best color to have that luck on New Year's Eve? What an interesting question. I would say RED and GOLD!

What is the luckiest color for christmas day: The christmas are coming so soon for me it was green, red and gold because it was color that symbolizes or used mostly during christmas. I love colorful surrounding specially in christmas and the reason that I don't have only one color that favor for bringing the christmas lucky.

Christmas presents a year full of hope. At times of celebration, colors like red show small details that offer warmth and reflect the Christmas atmosphere. Red is the par excellence of Christmas in humanity, it transmits passion, love and connects us with the Christmas spirit. The vibrant red brings to mind the holiday and Santa Claus that connects us with our inner child.

There is no particular color for me. I think I'll go for "Rainbow colors". In our country, during Christmas time, we put up lots of Christmas decorations, lanterns of different colors, Christmas lights etc. The more colorful are the Christmas decorations, the better. :)

Bronze, gold, and black.

For several generations, black has been associated with minimalism, classical and simple without being associated with Christmas traditions. But all this has changed. From great designers such as Coco Chanel or Frenchman Jean Paul Gaultier, fashion has transformed this color into a faithful synonym of elegance and category.

In December I usually mix bright colors like bronze and gold, which, when joined with black, takes on the role of being part of a new style that becomes elegant, modern, ecliptic and versatile for all environments.
