What is your favorite winter activity?

With winter upon us, many will be outside doing winter activities. There are so many fun things that one can do all by themselves, or with friends and family. Sledding is so much fun when you have a large group. Going for a sleigh ride is an activity that could bring back memories for the older generations. Skiing or ice skating is a good idea if you are athletic. Some prefer to ice fish if they like this sport, while others just want to go outside and make a snowman. Or have a snowball fight. Which activity are you the aptest to do in the wintertime?

Sitting inside and watching it snow is easily my favorite Winter activity. It always puts a smile on my face to wake up in the morning and see it snowing outside. I always get that warm, happy feeling like when you’re a kid and you just know that school is going to be closed that day. Anytime it snows, I brew myself a nice cup of tea, throw on my comfy sweater, play some soft jazz music and just watch the snow gently falling and gathering outside.

Now if only I had a fireplace as well, that would be the icing on the cake.

It doesn't snow where I live but it does get slightly colder than usual during December. So the only "winter" activity we have here is watching the field of light. It's a show with thousands of lights in an open field. The lights flicker and twinkle in time to the music. It's fun to watch. This year's theme is Disney, I need to see it again this year!

I would also go with sitting inside and watching the snow as it falls from the sky. As an adult, I think it is the most appropriate thing for me to do and besides the fact that it is freezing outside I don't want to catch a cold or anything. Staying inside the house and keeping warm would be the best option for me.

I also enjoy catching snowflakes on a black cloth and just appreciate the shape and form. Just being inside in the cozy environment is beautiful and calming. To be covered in a warm blanket is ideal with your pet dog beside you. Ah I miss the days

I think I will enjoy a lot. Making snowman out of snow, ice skating and any activity , I will definitely try those activities. I wanted to try all of those activities even if its too cold outside. I will try all of it as I want an adventure and experience life in snow.

What is your favorite winter activity. In our country we only have two, the rainy days and the summer so I never experience winter season once. I can't imagine my self when I need to adjust this kind of season even in one week, I think I can't even dare to go outside my room or maybe i will keep on drinkingvwarm drink ever now and then ratherbthan playing.

I also think the same. Well, it's a matter of adjusting for people like us who's used to living in a tropical place, perhaps it would take a long time to get used to it.

Sitting inside watching the snow is my favorite. You get to enjoy all of the beauty but without being freezing cold! That's my favorite way to spend a winter's day - with a hot coffee or hot chocolate if possible!

I would love to go out in the snow and experience it myself. I have never lived in a cold place all my life and I would love to have a first hand experience of it. So, I would rather go out there with all the protective clothing and enjoy myself for a while in the snow.

We don't have winter here and I am glad for that as I really don't like the cold, I even rarely use my air conditioning unless it is extremely hot. When I get the chance I think I would do the most boring thing ever for someone to first time experience snow, "sitting inside while watching it snow". Building a snowman would be my next one. Is catching a snowflake using your tongue healthy?

Oh, it's so hard to choose because I live in a tropical country and never did I ever experience snow or winter season. I would love to experience all of the activities during winter.

We have no winter here but I have experiences snow when we were in Beijing 2 years ago. On the way up the Great Wall of China we were met with some piles of white thing. I didn’t realize at first but then it dawned to me that it was snow. I ran to the nearest pile and touched it. Voila it was snow. I was able to experience making a small snowman that didn’t look like a man but it was enough for the experience. I was really euphoric at that experience.

My favorite winter activity is being inside the house, sitting in front of a fireplace, doing anything fun while the flames glow and looking outside every once in a while to remind me and my Boo that "Baby! It's cold outside." LOL.

Drinking hot chocolate, listening to Christmas songs and just sitting by the window to just see the snow is one of the best things to do. It is so fun and yet so simple to do. I would suggest this to the kids now a days to start doing fun activities like this or even outside because some kids now are just so addicted and attached to gadgets and electronics. They should be able to enjoy their childhood while they still got time.

I haven't experienced snow yet. But surely the first thing that I will do with snow is ice skating. It seems to be a fun and challenging experience since I don't know how to skate. Hoping that I could get a chance to experience it one day.

There are so many things that we'd love to do, since this is going to be the first winter Yugi and I will spend together! But there is one thing that I'm looking forward to the most: I'd love to walk around in the neighborhood, late at night, in December, looking at all the stunning Christmas lights and decorations while holding hands :)
