What was the last album you listened to?
Mine is old but not ancient. A friend of mine used one of Solange's lyrics as a quote in her essay. This reminded me of how much I enjoyed that project. So I went back and it hit me just as hard as it did the first time. A SEAT AT THE TABLE is a modern R&B classic. When it bangs it bangs, when it wants you to think you will think. I'm really happy she made it and I personally enjoy it more any R&B album since CHANNEL ORANGE. So what are you spinning and please give us your take on the project.

The National's Trouble Will Find Me

I must admit, I am addicted to the National and, for some reason, to me, with their heartbreaking music and poetry, they can do no wrong.

Good News For People Who Love Bad News

This album is by Modest Mouse. It is one of my all time favorite albums, and timeless in my opinion. The way that every song flows into the next so perfectly is chilling! It is one of those albums you can't just listen to one song, you need to play the whole thing start to finish. If you've never heard it before I highly recommend it!

Paramore

I haven't listened to a full album for a very long time because these days artists and bands rely more on the popularity of each song or single instead of the whole album. The last time I listened to a full album straight was probably Paramore's and after that I haven't really listened to a full album straight anymore and instead just listened to individual singles.

The last album that I listened was by Linkinpark and the title was " Reanimation ". I love all the songs in it but my favorite one is the " Points Of Authority ". This song is the heart of the whole album and I never got bored of it. This album was launched in 2001 and it broke all the previous records.

I don't usually listen to whole albums. I tend to listen to songs I like. I think the Eagles Greatest Hits might have been the last one I listened to all the way through. I don[t really buy music anymore since it is so readily available online.

The Doors is one of my favorite bands and Jim Morrison is one of my favorite singers. I like to listen to The Doors' song again and again. Recently, I was listening to the Roadhouse Blues from The Doors. Now I am thinking to tune to Hello from Adele

The last album I just listened to was "More Life" by Drake. Usually, when I download an album, I don't listen to every track on it. However, I usually have a select 4-5 songs that I vibe with. "Portland" and "Gyalchester" were my two favorites from Drake's latest album.

Since I am a person who picks individual songs and not albums, I think the last album that I listened to was Human from Three Days Grace. I usually just listen to whatever I find decent and set aside the rest. My playlist is one of the most random things you'll ever see. Also, I am not really sure what your friend's project is about it just says there was an essay with a song lyric. .-.

The last album that I listened to was " Happy Moment " by Cosmic Girls. It's K-Pop, so you might not know it. It' s a really new album, probably was just released 2 days ago. I listen to full albums a lot just to appreciate the singers since mostly there are so many good songs in an album. Good, but underrated because nowadays people don't listen to full albums unless it's someone they're a fan of.

Last album a listened to was Traveling WIthout Moving by Jamiroquai. I realized like a week ago I never heard any part of that album beyond that music video where he's in the room with the hat and the room moves independently. Overall it's pretty good, I mean it's upbeat British funk, it's hard to do better than American's but it's pretty great.

Same as somebody above me - the last album I've listened to has been Drake's latest masterpiece ''More Life''. I've listened to this album for so many times now. I often just have it on repeat because he really put some quality tunes on there. My favorites are: Passionfruit, Fake Love and Glow. I honestly like ALL of them. It's impossible not to.

I'd really love to go listen to Drake live some day. He is an amazing artist that raised the hip hop and rap level to the sky. Maybe he will perform near me in the future, fingers crossed.

The last album I listened to was definitely by Twenty One Pilots. I just can't remember whether it was Vessel or Blurryface. Before that it was probably a Kpop CD of my daughter's in the car...I think by BTS. She is a complete Kpop addict. I guess that is a step up from the screamo she listened to before. Either way, this old lady can't understand what the lyrics say!

I do not usually listen to whole albums, usually I only listen to the songs that I like most about each album. But I think the last album I heard was This Is War from 30 Seconds to Mars, this is already over 2 years old. Sometimes it's good to listen to a full album because you know new and interesting songs.

I tend to hear a lot of music. The last album that I've heard was Paramore's After Laughter. It's pretty cool even tho they've been changing a lot.

Same here, this has been the latest album I've listened in the last few weeks, it's really cool and I recommend it to everyone.

Last album I heard was Pharmacy, by Galantis. I'm a big fan of House/Electronic/Techno/Drum&Bass music and that album is the perfect combination of amazing beat drops and lyrics. My personal favorite song is Runaway (also my favorite song of all time, I can't get enough of it). This is also my favorite car ride album. It helps me keep focused on the road and overall gives me a very happy feeling. Another of my all time favorites is Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park. Oldie but goodie.

I have listened to Alex Morph's recent album. It was remix set of his earlier songs released. Most of the song from that album were nicely remixed by other artists. I think sets such as that can be surely good if you ask me. After that mostly buying the Above & Beyonds anjuna beats edition. Most of their selection are good but it all comes down to how you like some of those tracks. Hopefully many people like it.

The last album I listened to in it's entirety would be the Bob Marley Album "Lively up Yourself". That cool smooth reggae melody serenading the message of life, love and the pursuit of happiness on a mellow tune never gets old for me. It's amazing how an old classic hits you after not hearing it for a while and then once you listen to it again it's as entertaining as if you've heard it for the first time all over again!

Ah, I absolutely love Bob Marley and all of his albums are incredible. Also, I agree with you. Even though that I have listened to every single track on most of his albums, it still feels so new and exciting whenever I replay the tracks. I can never get enough... You should try listening to Bob Marley's album "Kaya".

The last album (the complete one and not just a few songs) that I heard was one of my favorites from R&B singer Joss Stone, "Mind, Body & Soul". The songs on this album are incredible, their sound is very harmonic / interesting / catchy, and the lyrics are great. :-)

As I mentioned above, The National is my favorite band, and their most recent offering, Trouble Will Find Me, definitely demonstrates an ongoing development musically and lyrically which never ceases to surprise me and to fulfill the whole spectrum of my emotions.

The last album that I listened to was Meteora and Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park because I am giving my tribute to Chester and it is how I mourn and show my love to him. Tragic loss and very hard to accept. :'( I have been a huge fan of Linkin Park ever since their first album. Their music has been my main musical influence and I am thankful to them. The lyrics are really well-thought and really hits me every time.

I was listening to the album Animals by Pink Floyd, this is one of those albums which I could listen to without omitting one song, especially the 20 minutes masterpiece track "Dogs ". they have so many great albums, few of them you could listen to in till the end.

The last album I listened to is way back 10years ago. I can't quite vividly remember what I listened before however, I knew who the singer of the album I listened to. As far as I remember it was an old album that I acquire from one of my relatives. I t was a pop type of music sang by one of our local artists. After that, I never had a chance to listen to an album, though I like music buying an album is quite expensive for me.

The last album I heard was a country album, "Blown Away" (by Carrie Underwood). It's one of her best albums and certainly is the best produced so far. All the songs are just great (and I'm already really looking forward to hearing her next album... but unfortunately this should only happen next year).

I have been listening to some Texas Hippie Coalition. Just love their sound and what they called "Red dirt metal" is just a mix of metal with country songs. Truly a style to remember!

For music, I usually listen to the car’s radio especially when I am alone driving. It relieves me of boredom particularly when the traffic is heavy. But sometimes I listen to my CDs that I store in the compartment. I think the last album that I played on the car’s sound system was the album of Abba, that Swedish group who sang Dancing Queen, Chiquitita, Thank You For The Music and many other hit songs. I love that album because all the contents were popular that I can relate to.

The last album I listen to was the album of Parokya ni Edgar entitled "Halina sa Parokya". This was not their latest album but I was stunned by their songs as I love the tune most of their songs. Even their old albums, their songs are classic because even millenians listen to their song up until now.
